After having to return an iPhone 11 Pro to another well-known "used tech" store, because they clearly don't "refurbish" phones and sold me a "B" grade item with only 77% battery health, I decided to check reviews of companies that sell properly refurbished phones. This led me to Back Market as they seem to be very responsive to customer queries, clearly are proud of their reputation and aim to help customers with any problems. Although the warranty on my iPhone 12 Pro is only for one year (as opposed to 5 years offered by the other store) I felt more confident that this phone would last me a good while. It arrived, with FREE delivery, very quickly, well-packaged and the phone was without any obvious signs of use, despite not being the top grade, and with a battery health of 86% (which keeps its charge for a good while). This phone is a better model than the one I returned, but cost the same price. It works very well and I'm very pleased with the service I have received (so far) from Back Market.

I bought my first refurbished iPhone about 1.5 years ago, it was a fair conditioned one but it turn up to be very good. This is my second refurbished iPhone, it is a fair conditioned one but it turns up to be pretty bad. While the outlook is not important when used with a case, the battery is not very good too. I ordered a new battery but I have to charge the phone twice everyday.

Good quality and functioning phone arrived with an amount of wear acceptable for selected refurbishment type. Extra charge battery may not be exactly 100% but certainly a desirable amount of battery life for paying extra to get better battery

Really pleased with my iPhone 11. I ordered the excellent condition and it came like new! My only criticism would be that the battery isn’t too great but that is probably expected to some extent with a refurbished phone. Overall I am really pleased with my new phone and would recommend Back Market.

Very happy with the purchase of my IPhone 13 Pro. It was in pristine condition & delivered very quickly. My trade in was sent back and has been approved no problem. I would definitely recommend back Market & will definitely use them again in the future.

Quite impressed with the quality of the product. I got an iphone 13 pro 256 graphite category good condition and I want to say there’s no scratches on the back or camera, very tiny shallow marks on the screen but not affecting the image at all. Very happy price wise: £414 including the £6 backmarket fee. The delivery was next day with dpd for free.

I got the excellent iPhone 13 Pro 512 gb that came in pristine condition and it’s good until now. Had a little issue with dpd delivery system but the customer care service of backmarket kept me in loop that made me less anxious about my phone.

Amazing - I love my refurbished Apple Watch. Communication from Back Market was very good with up to date information regarding the stages of packing and posting. Arrived within a few days and I knew how to contact Back Market from start to finish in the process of buying my Apple series 8 watch. I was sceptical at first about buying a refurbished Apple Watch but when it arrived in its original packaging looking as good as new, my concerns went out of the window. Easy to set up in conjunction with my iPhone. Would be good to know in advance whether your iPhone is iOS 17 compatible if this is a requirement to synch your watch. The battery life is a little short - around 36 hours - but if I have a quiet hour or so relaxing, I just keep the charger (which came with the purchase) handy and a couple of hours later, it’s good to go. Will definitely use this site again should the occasion arise. Completely in love and extremely happy with my purchase.
