I’m happy with the phone that I bought from back market. I bought the excellent condition one iPhone 12 Pro 256GB gold and I was surprised to receive a phone with zero scratches or marks. Battery health was 87% which is not bad for a refurbished product. I want to thank back market for their excellent products and service.

I just can’t fault Backmarket at all. I’ve had an iPad, a MacBook, a iphone, an Apple Watch, and an Apple Pencil from here. Ranging from fair to excellent condition and quite frankly they’ve all been immaculate. The Apple pencil was in its original packaging. All of the technology was wrapped so well when it was delivered super secure and packed with lots of protection. All of the tech sets up as if brand new and the support from the company post purchase is incredible 10 out of 10 company would forever recommend.

Thrilled to bits with another iPhone purchase from BackMarket. The service is very friendly, reliable and a total pleasure to do business with. I have received my I phone 13 pro max 128GB today. I am very impressed with the service at Back Market my iPhone 13 Pro Max arrived in excellent condition! No scratches on the screen, camera lenses or the back. Battery percentage was 90%. Express delivery came very fast and phone is absolutely amazing you can’t even tell it’s refurbished it’s like new . I am really pleased with the product and the service. 100% recommend. I will be definitely come back. Thank you Back Market.

The screen had no scratches, I was very pleased about that. It came with a charging cable but not an apple brand. Battery was 88% so not too bad. Securely packaged in Backmarket packaging. Arrived nice and quickly. Would use Backmarket again.

That’s it I will never buy a new iPhone again or any phone for that matter. Backs market is my go to place now for that. I only upgraded from an 11 to a 12 pro max 512 GB which is perfect for what I need and it’s just like a brand new phone for half the price of a new one. Just bought my partner one for Xmas as well . This phone was marked as Fair and I expected to see a few marks or scratches. When it arrived I couldn't believe how perfect it was, it's like new! Great value along with a warranty. What more could you aske for? Thank you Back Market, I will definitely be shopping with you again, next is a new/refurbished Laptop when I am able to save some pennies.

It was my first time buying on Back Market, so I was somewhat apprehensive about buy an expensive, refurbished phone. I have been pleasantly surprised. The phone was in excellent condition, as new. The remaining iPhone battery life was slightly lower than expected but still ok at 89%. The phone arrived when it said it would so no complaints on that front. Overall, it was a good experience and would probably look to buy another phone on Back MArket when the time comes.

Around £340 for an "excellent" condition 256 GB iPhone 11 Pro was a pretty good deal. From the outside, the phone is indeed in a great shape: no issues on the screen, barely visible signs of wear on the body. So far, everything else seems to work as well – so "technically" and optically, the phone is indeed excellent. The condition of the battery, however, is at 81%: borderline ok, given the BackMarket guarantee. It's a shame BackMarket does not require "excellent" condition phones to have a new battery, these things are not that expensive.. Also, with this particular refurbisher, there were a couple of unprofessional details. They did not care to deep-clean the phone: yellow crust in the speaker and microphone cutouts, the phone was not reset/erased to default settings, the charging cable that came with it did not work. Finally, the phone was delivered plainly in a paper box: in terms of environmental packaging, I am all on board, but some wrapping around the actual device wouldn't hurt.
