I recently bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max from Back Market, and I’m really impressed. The phone arrived in excellent condition — it looks and feels brand new. Everything works perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. For a refurbished phone, it’s a great deal and definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

Very good seller and a very good item brought (excellent condition) Had about a (mm) scratch on the third camera lens to the right but you have to expect stuff like that with a refurbished phone but altogether a extremely good phone for the price and works perfectly fine without no problems battery percentage was on (84%) when i got it. Since i had not brought a new battery for it because i don’t really go on it all the time having this phone makes me want to go on it more and i use it all the time overall i am very pleased with this phone and have recommended many of my friends and family about this item and seller ultimately i couldn’t be more happy with my purchase for the price and delivery came 2 days early so very quick and fast delivery only took 2 days i will try and upload so photos of this phone as soon as possible thank you for the outstanding phone and i will be buying more from you.

I just can’t fault Backmarket at all. I’ve had an iPad, a MacBook, a iphone, an Apple Watch, and an Apple Pencil from here. Ranging from fair to excellent condition and quite frankly they’ve all been immaculate. The Apple pencil was in its original packaging. All of the technology was wrapped so well when it was delivered super secure and packed with lots of protection. All of the tech sets up as if brand new and the support from the company post purchase is incredible 10 out of 10 company would forever recommend.

It came excellently well. I actually ordered the excellent condition one and what I got was excellent. Look exactly new no scratch and battery is also good. Being a first timer buyer, I was scared initially but when I received my phone, I developed more confidence in BackMarket

Amazing quality, no scratches on it and didn't even look used. Arrived next day and was packaged great. Really stood up to the standards! The only issue was that the SIM card tray wouldn't fully go in properly, but we got it in in the end!

3rd phone bought from back-market in the past 4 years and it’s the best one yet! Got an excellent condition on a good deal and it came in the condition you would except no issues. I also traded in my old iPhone 11 and got a good offer despite it having some very visibile wear and tear

Just absolutely fantastic……havnt got enough positive words in my vocabulary to really describe this item. As well as super product, I think back market itself is a great company. I have purchased 3 mobile phones from them now and honestly not 1 bad word to say!

In fantastic condition, both functionally and aesthetically. Only quarm is the battery life percentage is lower than expected considering it’s only a year old however, this is to be expected with refurbished phones.
