All fine in the end. Computer arrived with no cable which was a bit disappointing, there was a note inside to say accessories to follow. It was a few days before it arrived. Would have preferred to wait until it all shipped together.

I chose the HP Elitebook 840 after carefully going through the reviews, particularly in Which. I found that the pros far outweighed the cons, the main con being the touch pad. A wireless mouse and good mouse pad have solved this and I've ended up with a cracking good laptop at a fraction of the new price.

Super speedy service and the laptop feels brand new. Arrived well packaged for the journey - robust but with minimal and recyclable materials. Two weeks in and cannot fault as all working perfectly. Would not hesitate to buy again from this seller.

Ordering this laptop was super easy Delivery was amazing and the laptop came in amazing quality no blemishes on the screen or anything like that, only scratches to paint that are very minimal I didn’t even notice until I had a good look at the laptop.

It's nice and clean, I do wonder though why no manufacturers stickers? Also no CAST option, very unusual. Sound driver was not set up? Also appears to suggest a 1TB storage drive?? Apart from that I think a nice product.

The computer is in excellent condition. They put a letter inside for me which was saying that I was one of 10 lucky customers and my screen was upgraded from a non-touch screen to a touchscreen. I am very thankful and amazed by the notebook and service. thank you so much
