To Be Honest with the company, I have nothing but positivity to share about my experience. The computer is amazing and I can't believe how cheap I got it. I am just using 5% of the machine's capabilities. Best computer and best company ever.

Performance is great, everything works well. Graphics are great too, no complaints about the condition of the laptop either. Honestly one of the best purchases I’ve ever made, if I had to pick a downside it would be the battery life. However this is a powerful laptop that’s a bit old so this was expected, and honestly it’s worth the payoff.

I've only just got round to setting this up. As it happens I worked for Dell in a variety of roles, some of them technical, quite a few years ago but I've stayed loyal to the brand, and I'm not averse to sorting issues out myself. I bought the box to replace a still functional but aging Optiplex 790, which wouldn't upgrade to Windows 11, and I wanted a spec that would last. I was a shade disappointed that it didn't have an optical drive but I have a USB one so it's not a major drawback. I also failed to do my homework and found I couldn't connect my monitor to it owing to me not having a Displayport cable, (the 790 was DVI-D) which proved harder to obtain than I expected (Curry's PC World don't stock them in-store, but they could order me one - no thanks, I'm quite able to go on-line myself). I had also poked around inside and initially thought the hard drive was missing - then discovered it was an on-board 1Tb card - how technology has moved on...... Now up and running, and wow is it blisteringly quick - as it should be. This spec, albeit on a new platform, would have cost me more than double, had I ordered it from Dell. Last problem remaining is how to get MS Office on it without renting 365, which I refuse to do on principle. I thought I had one spare 2019 licence on a 3-licence dongle, but it refuses to install, claiming I'm running in S-mode, which I've checked I'm not. That's not the 7090's fault though.....my antiquated Lide25 Scanner managed to install, as did my (distinctly newer) HP 150n printer. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase

It's a Dell Optiplex, what can you say, perfectly fine. The Windows install was a disgrace, but I wiped the disk within 5 minutes, so who cares. On the other hand, the processor was an i7-9700, rather than an i5-9500, which was a nice free upgrade.

My son is absolutely thrilled with his purchase with some Christmas and Birthday money he received. He wanted a laptop that he could compose music on and programme on Scratch with like he does at school and this is ideal. I think his laptop is better than ours!

Quick dispatch, arrived well packed. Easy set up, but microsoft dont make transfering from pc to pc very easy. Eventually got the accounts up and running, after appearing to lose tons of folders from the external harddrive, not sure why but had to buy recovery software to find all my music and photos. All appears to be working well, with 8gb ram its nice and fast at loading, the soundcard i think is a upgrade on my old pc as the music sounds improved. So im quite happy with my purchase.

I bought this laptop for my daughter as her mac broke, she's loved it and has had no issues thus far. Apart from using it for her school work, she also uses it for playing games and this laptop has no issues keeping up with it.

I'm really happy with the laptop, it's been great for what I need! One tiny thing, it would be nice if they were cleaned before they were sent out. It's an easy thing for buyers to do, but it's nicer if we don't have to :)

The laptop is very clean, just a few marks at the sides and back. It works perfectly, it was delivered fast and well packaged. The only thing is that the backlit keyboard doesnt work all the way, some keys are not backlit. I'm satisfied with the laptop generally.
