I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB in excellent condition, and I was initially a bit worried about the quality. However, I was honestly shocked when I received it—the phone looked absolutely brand new, without a single scratch! The delivery was super quick as well, which made the experience even better. This is by far the best refurbished company I’ve ever dealt with. From now on, if I need to buy anything, I’ll definitely be choosing Back Market again, 100% sure.

I'm actually really surprised at this. I thought I'd give this service a go (they have a good returns policy too) and see what I could get for the money. It came in at a cost I couldn't resist and I'm glad I made the purchase. The condition is "fair" - just a few scratches on the back and a small dent, nothing that can't be disguised by a case which I'd be putting on anyway. The screen works perfectly and haven't had any issues. The QC seems absolutely fine for these pre-owned/refurbished models. If you're on the fence I'd make the leap. My particular iPad got delivered the next day as well, very happy with that.

Hi there well firstly iam well pleased with the service from back market as for the watch really nice except for the strap not my bag so have changed it for a magnetic type really good features on the watch to be honest it's way to good for me only bug I have is the battery only lasts for a day if it's connected to my phone but that's all hope this helps regards Robert

I’m very happy with the condition of the phone it’s literally brand new. Battery life is 100% NO marks or scratches. I received the iPhone 14 the very next day in the morning which was fantastic as I needed the iPhone for my son to take to school. The price for the phone was reasonably priced so I was ok with that. The condition I got was excellent, as it gives you 4 different options of what condition you was the phone in. I highly recommend to shop with back market. My best friend recommended me to get a iPhone for my son. I will soon be ordering a laptop for my son .

I've bought refurbished phones and laptops a few times previously through Backmarket and never had an issue, and this time was no exception. Prompt delivery (within 2 days) and the iPhone was even better than expected. Impeccable condition (it was rated as "Excellent") and when checked upon receipt, the battery health is great with max capacity 100% and a low cycle count. Very happy.

I bought the premium refurbished iphone 14 pro and I would say you couldn’t tell it from brand new. The screen, body and battery were/felt brand new. Well worth spending the extra! The phone was also shipped quickly, and the whole service with backmarket in general is great. I really recommend using backmarket to buy quality refurbished products :)

I just received my iPhone 14 pro Max black. I have ordered it to be in excellent condition, it came with a transparent cover on it, which it was a bit suspicious. And indeed when taking off the cover I so that it has some scratches just at the edges. Im attaching some pictures for you to see. I will try it to see how it will work but if it doesn’t will return it to you.

I have used back market to buy my last three mobiles, the last one and iPhone 15 pro was for my wife. it was delivered in unbelievably quick time, I ordered late in the afternoon, it shipped from NI dire to Heathrow, and was delivered to my door by midday the next day, yes, less than 24 hours . . outstanding !!
