    I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB in excellent condition, and I was initially a bit worried about the quality. However, I was honestly shocked when I received it—the phone looked absolutely brand new, without a single scratch! The delivery was super quick as well, which made the experience even better.     Initially there were problems with the screen flickering,( despite requesting a good model). However the team at Back Market were super quick and supportive and got me a replacement within a day when I said I was having problems. The process to return the duff model was made a bit harder by needing to print my own label and order confirmation ( no ink in printer!!!) but I got it sorted in time and had confirmation from the team when I sent over photos of the return version.
