I ordered a “fair” condition macbook expecting what I paid and honestly it came looking brand new. Of course you can tell that the keyboard is used and there’s a minor dent and a couple of scratches, but I can’t complain would use backmarket again!

the unit Hp Elitebook is Good as new I loved it planning to buy another unit for my kids thank you seller.

Arrived on the 1st of 2 days given for the ETA. 👍 For a condition of fair - I really can’t complain as I can not find any blemishes. Only issue was that the outer box was damaged however, there was no damage inside and the MacBook was well protected. Recommend! Will be back in the future.

I just had to take my time before giving my review, I went for the fair version and yet it’s this good, apart from the scratches at the edge which is not that noticeable, my MacBook work perfectly fine and I must say I am enjoying my MacBook..

I got the fair grade one and it looks virtually new with no marks of wear and tear. It way faster than my last Mac, delivery was very fast. The product itself has exceeded my expectations, I bought to code and it’s seamless

I ordered a MacBook Pro just a few days ago, and it has already arrived. The condition has exceeded my expectations as I selected the configuration “Good” and it has no marks/scratches. I’m genuinely very happy. For my version was was the Core i9 I would strongly advise you stay with macOS Ventura/Monterey as it will be more compatible with the intel chips.

I purchased this MacBook to use during my music production degree and it came earlier than expected. I went for “good” quality and bar a few tiny scratches it runs perfectly. Really happy with the outcome and amazing quality for the price. :)

I was fully skeptical of buying a laptop that wasn’t new due to past experiences. I really wanted a Mac book this year and I’m really glad I got one from this seller. I bought my Mac book in “fair” condition and it came with at first glance no marks or defaults, there’s maybe a tiny scratch that’s super not noticeable but otherwise it’s perfect. It runs well and I’m super happy with my product. I’ve had it now for about a month and I’ve had no issues. My purchase also only took a day to get to me which was before the delivery date which I was thrilled about because I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the laptop. It came with a charger so for the price I payed I would say this is a very good service and worth taking a chance.

This is the second time I’ve used Back Market and again I’m so pleased I did. The Apple MacBook Pro M1 Max arrived very quickly and is in as new condition. To my surprise, it was in its original box with a brand new power cable and what appears to be a new 140W charger. Even the Apple Stickers, black ones, were in there. So far, I’ve used the machine for Affinity Photo 2, Adobe Lightroom and Topaz Denoise Ai. Everything loaded/uploaded instantly. I also tried out Aerofly FS4 simulator and ARMA 3. Both silky smooth. It seems great for games. The screen is beautiful. However, DPD delivered to the wrong place - after saying it had been delivered. I had to drive to where it was left - leaned up against a garage door in a torrential downpour. DPD just being DPD. My heart always drops when I’m informed it’s them doing the delivery because there’s ALWAYS a problem.

This MacBook Pro was purchased by my oldest daughter who just loves it , it’s fast and looks cool . What more can I say your Backmarket stuff has helped my family out a lot with great first class refurbished technology.
