My requirements for a laptop were included a thin light weight 14-inch screen and a minimum of 512GB storage with 16GB RAM, all within a reasonable budget. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this laptop as it exceeded my expectations, especially considering its performance will be more then enough to run MS Office and the fact that it came with latest Windows 11 Pro 22h2. Also the BIOS has a lot of professional security and safety settings. However, one minor concern I have is the laptop's external material, which seems prone to collecting small debris quickly.

First time of getting a refurbished product and the battery is knackered, draining even when it's not on. We've done all the steps they say to preserve battery life but it's barely lasting an hour for basic stuff. Totally disappointed that I now have to mess about returning the item, waiting for a refund, and now have to get a new laptop. Will never buy a refurbished electrical item again.
