Laptop was in "excellent" condition. The box said Apple Refurbished and the battery only had 4 charge cycles. So very happy. A minor annoyance was that the Apple Magsafe charger didn't have a 3 pin UK adapter... but was easily fixed.

Have to say if never heard of this company but having read reviews decided to chance my luck. I was really impressed. The item was exactly as described, communication was excellent and delivery right on the button.

hey everyone, I'm a digital artist and this would be my first ever ipad pro purchase. I mainly bought it to try out procreate for my art and procreate dreams to try animation in the near future.(m1 chip is remarkable) So far I'd say it's such a powerful device that can handle a lot, so happy with it. I went for the 1tb version cause wanted more space and layers for procreate. The overall appearance is great, the interface is smooth and very budget friendly as to what I'm using it for.

Super super happy with my recent purchase of the iPad pro! I was a bit skeptical at first but after reading really positive reviews, I purchased one and I am so pleased i did! It was a reasonable price, was delivered fast with regular email updates to keep me in the loop and it is in excellent condition and looks brand new (despite choosing the fair option so it could have been scratched). I will certainly be buying from Back Market again. Thank you

I try to ask for help but get taken to a broken link with a message saying Error 400 so I have no choice but to leave in this review and hope I can be contacted. The MacBook Air I bought is fine but it stopped charging. I connected the plug to different sockets in the house and it still wouldn’t charge. I then is put the cable into another USBC plug that I use for my phone and it works. I don’t want to return this MacBook as I need it for daily work but I do need a plug replacement as this is the problem. I seem to only be able to return the whole product but I just need a replacement plug.

Phone was in perfect condition, with standard battery and had 100%. Bought at such a good price and saved hundreds. All without the apple box

Ordered the Excellent Cellular Version however Recieved a near perfect condition non cellular ipad with a minor mark on the screen. To compensate this, they gave a £25 partial refund, upgraded my shipping to express for free and even offered a free screen protector. Wish they had made sure the specific ipad i asked for was in stock before I paid. Nonetheless Great Service.
