I am so impressed with everything. The laptop arrived the very next day (to my surprise) and was partly charged and ready to register Windows. It's amazing to get such a quality product so cheap and help reduce environmental impact. I was a bit worried about buying a refurbished product but would definitely do so again!

I was skeptical getting this keyboard from here since it was my first but it's just as it says and it work so nicely with my pro 7, there wasn't any issue with the keyboard. The functions of the keyboard worked well nothing was stiff nor stuck, it was in an excellent condition.

Used Back Market for the first time and was thoroughly impressed witgh my preowned refurbed Surface Pro keyboard. As described, fully functional and good value. Arrived well packaged and super fast. I wouold definately use again.

Third iPhone i have purchase and they have been excellent. I tend to get the excellent condition ones which cost a little bit more but I am not fussy on colour so can keep the price down. Easy to order, arrived within a few days and had it up and running within an hour, So what it there not to like about back market, -nothing. I will definitely order again when I need a new phone.

Go this phone for my partners birthday and he was like a kid at Christmas. It arrived absolutely flawless, I've got my kids phones from here in the past too and they have all been great. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a phone.

It arrived promptly and works perfectly was actually just like new and with the protection of a 1 year warranty this was excellent value. I would highly recommend this for upkeeping your tech

Laptop came in time for Xmas which was really good and surprising . Opened it up, I bought it in excellent condition and it looks that way. One big negative is that I paid for an icore 5 1135G7 but instead I got a icore 3 1115G4. Looked them up and the icore5 is slightly better than this i3 but not by much. Not sure if it's worth returning now but I did pay for an icore5.

Genuine Microsoft Surface type cover keyboard, looked as new and gave new life to my old Surface Pro 6.

Purchased an excellent quality version of the laptop and the quality matched the description. It arrived promptly, was a great price and the delivery was fast. My only qualm was that some of the specifications were incorrect on the store page - it didn't specify which integrated graphics the CPU had (there are several versions it could have bee and I think it actually said it was Intel even though it was an AMD CPU) and it also had twice as much RAM than was advertised (definitely not complaining about that though!). But because I could tell some of the specs weren't quite right before buying, I it felt like a bit of a risk. So maybe my feedback would be just to take a bit more care on writing out the specs. Worked out fine though!
