    So far I am absolutely delighted with my refurbished iPhone 13 it is everything it said it would be. It came very quickly and well packed. I haven’t yet received the refund on my iPhone 11. Once the money is in the bank . This is the second refurbished phone and an Apple Watch from Back market and they have all been excellent. The exchange refund on my iPhone 11 worked brilliantly. Money safely in the bank so upgrade achieved painlessly and for a reasonable outlay.

    Bought a refurbished iPhone 8 64GB it was a grade A and it was in immaculate condition. Had excellent communications from the back market every step of the way. The package was sent speedily via Royal Mail and it arrived sooner than I expected considering. I highly recommend Back Market and I would definitely buy again.     Very pleased with our refurbished IPHONE 7 was delivered quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition.It works well and just right for us,a couple of older people who just need reliable communicaton when out and about.     Received the phone a day after I ordered it with free delivery. I ordered it in excellent condition and the Phone was absolutely spotless with 100% battery health!! Functions perfectly and great price as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering. Great job to everyone at Sandox (company responsible for refurbishing mine). Even threw in a free screen protector which is brilliant as well, thank you so much I am very grateful.

    I am delighted with my phone. This is my first iPhone and the first time I’ve bought a refurbished one. I’ve had it for just over three weeks now and I have already decided I will never buy a brand new phone again. There is no need to as this one is in perfect condition. Sandox are a great company and their service is first class. They kept me informed about my delivery and very kindly sent me a free screen protector. I would highly recommend them!

    A little nervous buying a reconditioned phone but so glad I did. Brilliant phone, looks like new!! Arrived very promptly, before schedule, using next day delivery. Just setting up now, but no complaints so far….some reviews said battery health wasn’t great on other phones but this one is 97%, brilliant. if you’re considering buying a reconditioned phone give it a go!     Impressive condition couldn’t tell it is refurbished, the seller sent in a secured packaging even sent me a screen protector as a first time customer with no extra cost. surely satisfied with the seller and back market as always.
