Very pleased with my new Galaxy A55, it looks like a brand new phone, so no complaints. Usually stay away from refurbished but this time I couldn't have made a better decision. Will be coming back to Back Market when my wife needs her phone changing. And using the Samsung software to copy all my details and apps from my old phone was really easy. Well done to both.

I had a bit of a scare when I started to set it up. It gave me a warning that I probably had a counterfeit battery as it was unable to give the status. After restarting everything was ok and have not seen another problem yet.

It’s really good buy money wise and quality with 94 % of battery life. Just a little note that to charge phone takes longer than my old one but it’s it a problem at all. Happy with my purchase also got money back from old one. Very good service. High recommended.

I was initially wary of buying a refurbished phone, but after reading about Back Market and the quality of the suppliers they use, as well as other people's reviews I took the chance. I am delighted with my phone, I bought a "good" one and it is pristine. It looks brand new, came in the original box and even had the plastic tape around the edge. I will always buy from Back Market, I am coverted to refurbished now. What a cost saving and much better for the planet :D

extremely satisfied with my order ordered a blue one in good condition and received a purple one instead which not bother about as it's the colour the wife wanted originally absolutely exceeded my expectations for a good condition it's more like brand new condition so thank you so much guys you have made my wife very happy only down side is didn't get a charge cable with it

The phone it’s really good and in great condition it came clean and the prices was really smooth but the only thing is that the battery health is 86% instead of like many other reviews that were around 90 to 95% but overall I will highly recommend it ❤️❤️❤️

all good and the battery i think its replace with new one genuine activitor pop up for the battery. but everything is flawless and perfect. thank you!

Purchase and delivery - great. Product looks blue rather than purple but couldn't be bothered to query it at the time. Same pain as always when swapping phones. Camera not as good as my provious Samsung. Love the style although worried about its life being fliupped all the time!Husband loved it so much he purchased one from you too!
