Very pleased with my new Galaxy A55, it looks like a brand new phone, so no complaints. Usually stay away from refurbished but this time I couldn't have made a better decision. Will be coming back to Back Market when my wife needs her phone changing. And using the Samsung software to copy all my details and apps from my old phone was really easy. Well done to both.

It’s really good buy money wise and quality with 94 % of battery life. Just a little note that to charge phone takes longer than my old one but it’s it a problem at all. Happy with my purchase also got money back from old one. Very good service. High recommended.

I had a bit of a scare when I started to set it up. It gave me a warning that I probably had a counterfeit battery as it was unable to give the status. After restarting everything was ok and have not seen another problem yet.

Yes nice looking phone. Has a metal surround which gives an almost apple look and feel. Makes it feel more robust and premium though obviously also increases the weight. Current concern is the battery which seems to drain rather quickly.

returned it within a week and had refund, on the A54 some buttons were unresponsive and it was slow to load pages and it was worse than my A12 so sent it back although you should know this as you sent me the return label
