All good. Easy website to navigate on which to identify the different models available and just what you get for your money. Ordering easy. Delivery on time, well packed and undamaged. Product (MacBook Pro) works as advertised.

I ordered a blue Haweip30 p30 and was given a date for delivery. The next day I was rung by a man who said the blue phone wasn't as they thought but could offer a, white one with a revised delivery date, early than the original date. The phone took longer than the estimated delivery. The phone is in very good condition and I'm happy with it even though it seems slower than my old phone. I would recommend blackmarket for reconditioned mobile phones based on mine.

I was not happy when the phone I ordered and paid for wasn't available for some reason, but the mix up was swiftly corrected when I ordered another phone which was delivered very swiftly and I have to say thet it is like new, very happy.

I’m so happy with my new IPad and the condition of it is excellent. My overall experience as a first time customer was very satisfactory.

I was looking to replace my HP laptop with a smaller device that I could also use as a tablet. On paper, the Dell has everything I needed - plenty of RAM and a decent processor. Unfortunately, on arrival, it has a US keyboard, but has been set up with a UK keyboard in Windows 11. I logged a service request and subsequently returned the laptop. It transpired that these laptops are US spec and also refurbished in the US. The supplier had no equivalent laptops with a UK keyboard, however, they agreed to send me a set of UK keyboard stickers - I was a bit dubious at first, but when they arrived, they were of professional quality. The laptop is in excellent condition and does everything I want it to and is much faster than the newer HP I replaced. I have subsequently purchased a Dell port replicator and a Dell active pen for it. I would recommend Back Market for any future purchases.

Everything works very well, came in excellent condition as advertised. Only problem was a slight wonk with the screen protector. Aswell as this product was packaged rather dangerously with minimal protection which could have broken whilst being shipped.

Disappointed with Refurbished Quality I ordered a refurbished phone, but the quality was not up to the mark. The packaging felt sloppy, and the phone’s body wasn’t properly reassembled—some parts were misaligned. It was listed as a dual SIM device, but only one SIM slot works. Overall, not satisfied with the condition or the accuracy of the product description.

Came in perfect condition with about 10 percent but they gave me a charger so it was fine , royal mail delivered it about 2 hours late but i got it in the end and it did come in a taped up box that I struggled to open and looked a bit battered.

Got a call to inform me that the colour I had chosen, was not working properly. They offered a full refund or black one instead. It came the next day, in excellent condition, safely packaged. I would highly recommend back market as a great way to get top notch tech at super cheap pricing.

The iPad came promptly and was well packaged. It was the model ordered but not the colour ordered. The power supply unit included was for a Samsung device but luckily we had other Apple products in the house already.
