All good. Easy website to navigate on which to identify the different models available and just what you get for your money. Ordering easy. Delivery on time, well packed and undamaged. Product (MacBook Pro) works as advertised.

I was looking to replace my HP laptop with a smaller device that I could also use as a tablet. On paper, the Dell has everything I needed - plenty of RAM and a decent processor. Unfortunately, on arrival, it has a US keyboard, but has been set up with a UK keyboard in Windows 11. I logged a service request and subsequently returned the laptop. It transpired that these laptops are US spec and also refurbished in the US. The supplier had no equivalent laptops with a UK keyboard, however, they agreed to send me a set of UK keyboard stickers - I was a bit dubious at first, but when they arrived, they were of professional quality. The laptop is in excellent condition and does everything I want it to and is much faster than the newer HP I replaced. I have subsequently purchased a Dell port replicator and a Dell active pen for it. I would recommend Back Market for any future purchases.

100% Happy. The phone looks brand new. Everything functions correctly and the battery life performs as if it was new. Only one minor snag in the set up was that one of the set up functions came up in the French language, which was easily overcome by comparing the set up sequence to my old phone which is in English. The phone was delivered well before the estimated delivery date, which was a huge bonus. I will definitely use Back Market in the future and recommend them to anyone who is considering purchasing a refurbished phone.

Eventually received item 10 days after order. I was informed it was despatched on 9th Apr, actually posted on 15th Apr and received on 17th! Then when received it was black instead of the blue ordered! Very disappointed. The good points are the phone was excellent condition and technically ok, same spec as advertised and good value for money.

Came in perfect condition with about 10 percent but they gave me a charger so it was fine , royal mail delivered it about 2 hours late but i got it in the end and it did come in a taped up box that I struggled to open and looked a bit battered.

Got a call to inform me that the colour I had chosen, was not working properly. They offered a full refund or black one instead. It came the next day, in excellent condition, safely packaged. I would highly recommend back market as a great way to get top notch tech at super cheap pricing.

Except the battery, the phone is in a very good condition. My previous P30 had the same battery condition after almost 5 years use, i have to charhe it minimum 2 times a day with a normal use (no game, no video).

The delivery was super fast, they estimated around like one week, but it came in 2 to 3 days (I'm living in the UK). Big kudos to the support team, I ordered the item at a wrong address (wrong postal code), and Issah from Customer Service reached me and fix the problem in no time. The item ordered (Dell Latitude 7480 15-inch (2017) - Core i7-7600U - 32GB - SSD 512 GB QWERTY - English) looks and works pretty nice so far. Very good condition, looks brand new.

I was skeptical at first about buying a refurbished phone but I am glad I did . It is a phone I hoped it to be and more . The screen is immaculate, battery is 100% I am very pleased with this purchase
