    I was a little concerned about buying a reconditioned Ipad, but it is absolutely great. The condition is almost unused,I don't know how they rated it just as "Good". I will certainly be using Back Market in the future.

    1st time using back market to purchase a refurbished iPad for my sons 1st tablet. The site is well designed, easy to navigate and the gradings easy to understand. I found the pricing to be competitive and the delivery to be decent. The device itself was graded as “good” and on closer inspection it was in great condition, so pleased with that. A great positive 1st experience and will be using and recommending this service going forward.

    Good replacement for my out-of-date iPad Mini. Doesn't matter that it's not fully up-to-date for all modern gizmos. But sufficiently different that it doesn't run all apps that the old one would. Worth checking if this is likely to matter for you. As it's an Apple, I didn't expect any manual or similar. But because of different/new procedures, some brief guidance to best internet sources of advice would have been helpful.

    It has worked well and the quality of picture is just wonderful and well worth the money. I plan to buy an iPad Air for myself and this one was for my wife and we both have iPhones from you ! Well done indeed and a discount for multiple purchases would a great idea to reward loyal customers !

    The receipt of the order was timely unfortunately there was an issue with the screen. The returns process was effective. The iPad could not be repaired and a refund was provided by the seller. More disappointingly was that a replacement was not available and therefore a new order at an escalated price is required.

    Very happy with my purchase. I bought it as a means of loading and then reading sheet music to use whilst performing. The 12.9 inch screen is ideal for this, my only concern would have been the battery life. Not being new I didn’t know what to expect, although after a 2.5 hour performance the battery only went down about 25%. The iPad was only classed as fair condition but looks pretty good to me, so I am more than satisfied.

    Super easy process and came perfectly in time, iPad is in great condition and works smoothly! My only complaint was some little dents in the top of the iPad and as I paid for gold condition I expected a the condition to be a little better.

    Really pleased with the phone. In very very good condition (I can't immediately spot anything wrong with it at all) and the battery still has a good lot of life in it. Good delivery speed and ease-of-purchase. Would also like to thank BackMarket for how they dealt with a refund the first time I tried to order a phone. It went missing in transit and the refund process was dealt with very efficiently. Would definitely buy from Back Market again.
