If I could rate 10/5 stars I would, got an iPhone 15 in excellent condition for about £150 less than a new one from apple, came with a clear MagSafe case and charger for free and arrived in the actual iPhone box and I’m not joking when I say this it even had the plastic cover you peel off of a new phone. The phone itself was literally brand new not a scratch on it and had 100% battery capacity, only charged for 35 times and was first used in May (got it in November). Got the phone 4 days after ordering. This was literally better than buying it from apple and it apparently reduces e-waste, it’s a no brainer buying it here imo and I’ll definitely be using back market again! Thanks

I was bit skeptical about it as it is second hand - but oh my god, my iphone 15 came literally brand new. Perfect, perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier. Works and looks just flawless. They also sent a charging cable and a phone case. Great deal and trustworthy.

I was really apprehensive to buy a refurbished MacBook but it's safe to say I am beyond happy. I got a "good" condition 2019 MacBook Air and it's amazing. Barely any ware on it! Incredible condition. Works perfectly. If you're unsure about buying from here I say don't be! Really happy and will 100% be using back market in the future

1st time using back market to purchase a refurbished iPad for my sons 1st tablet. The site is well designed, easy to navigate and the gradings easy to understand. I found the pricing to be competitive and the delivery to be decent. The device itself was graded as “good” and on closer inspection it was in great condition, so pleased with that.
