Having had issues with a different seller, I was hopeful that this MacBook Pro would be as described and working. It was - perfectly, at time of writing. Delivery was 2 days before originally quoted, battery was new internally and the whole thing has only a couple of almost invisible scuff marks. So far, pretty much faultless.

My MacBook Pro was as described, great condition I was so pleased, very well packed, I am very happy with the condition and quality and it is great value for money, I am now considering purchasing a refurbished I pad. Would recommend Black Market.

I've had the laptop for 3 weeks now and it is working as if a new machine, not only that it looks like a new machine too. It arrived on time and well packaged and was ready to go straight out of the box. This was my second laptop purchase from BackMarket and it won't be the last.

The Dell laptop was actually better than described - perfect condition. I downloaded the updates and Windows 11 and it works a treat. There was only the Microsoft 'bloatware' so I got rid of that easily, and I have a great laptop at a very reasonable price! It only came with a power adaptor and nothing else, but the manuals and the Dell SupportAssist are easily found on the Dell website and downloaded.

The exterior of the device is quite pristine and impressive with just a minor scratch on the Apple logo but this was expected as I purchased the "fair" condition. Performance wise, I think it's great though I expected it to be lightning quick when booting up but it takes just a few more secs when booting up. Overall, it's an amazing value for the what I paid for it.

I needed a cheep laptop with enough memory for my son. Found this Lalitude and compared to the others it was a really good price. Placed my order and expected delivery was up to seven working days however, had it three days later. For a laptop marked up as "FAIR" i thought it was in really good condition. some signs of wear but not as much as I had expected.
