    The laptop was basically brand new so not certain where they come from, much better than expected, if someone had given it to me and said here is a new laptop you would never gave known it was refurbished.. tempted to get another one..

    I chose 'fair' condition, this only refers to a scratch on the case. Laptop arrived fully charged with windows 11 Pro installed (thanks!) It replaces an old, slow laptop and is fast and good looking. Does everything I want it to. I've previously bought phones from Backmarket and I'm a big fan of reconditioned tech, everyone's a winner!

    I was not really sure if i wanted a reconditioned monitor, but when it arrived i thought it was new. It was so well packed and i love it. I would definately reccomend Back Market, no fuss whatso ever. !!!!!

    I'm really happy about my HP laptop, I brought the Good one, I found just two small scratch so it's fine, he seems really good, I will see along the way. In the website was saying that the laptop was not touch screen but actually it's, I'm really happy about that, but they should check better the configurations so they can put the right information in the website. Apart from that this is the second time that I use this website and is really good. Thank you

    I have bought several items on Back Market and have been very satisfied in every case. Goods have arrived safely and quickly and exactly as described. They are almost 'as new' while being around 1/3 the new price. Pricing is a bit quirky though- the same model may be on sale at several very different prices for no very obvious reason. Would definitely recommend this .

    the laptop has performed very well. the condition was said to be very good, I thought it was better than that, it took 3 days fir me to notice the very. faint scratch on the lid. very pleased, thank you.

    Dell has always been a reliable choice, and BACK market follows the same pattern. The quality of this purchase is unbeatable and could easily be mistaken for New not second hand. I have bought several items from Back Market over the years and have never been disappointed with my purchase! Both Dell and Back Market are highly recommended by me!

    Perfect condition, looks like it hasn't been used at all. Monitor works exactly as it should. Thanks for the super fast delivery, arrived well before I was expecting it! Was also packed very well. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again :)

    Delivery was top notch and earlier than expected , just like the phone i bought. I am just not very happy with the lighting on the screen very low and strained. But that is no Back Market fault. I should have read the reviews before committing.

    I’ve had the laptop a couple of weeks now and I’m very pleased with it. I went for a high spec hoping that it stands the test of time. It’s a higher spec than what I need but it cost around 1/5 of the price of a similarly high spec brand new right now. I am very impressed with the whole thing, buying it from back market and their speedy delivery service etc.
