Just bought a Dell Latitude 5400 from Back Market. The service so far has been fantastic. I bought the laptop in fair condition (as it was the only option left for that model) and it arrived in an impeccable state. Looks like it just left the shop shelf. The speed and performance is amazing. Thank you Back Market.

The Dell laptop was actually better than described - perfect condition. I downloaded the updates and Windows 11 and it works a treat. There was only the Microsoft 'bloatware' so I got rid of that easily, and I have a great laptop at a very reasonable price! It only came with a power adaptor and nothing else, but the manuals and the Dell SupportAssist are easily found on the Dell website and downloaded.

I have now bought 2 laptops and a phone on backmarket, no performance issues at all with any of them. the Dell is fast, reliable and looks like it is new. I probably won't buy new tech ever again, with a year's warranty it's just as safe as brand new and loads cheaper.

I chose 'fair' condition, this only refers to a scratch on the case. Laptop arrived fully charged with windows 11 Pro installed (thanks!) It replaces an old, slow laptop and is fast and good looking. Does everything I want it to. I've previously bought phones from Backmarket and I'm a big fan of reconditioned tech, everyone's a winner!

The laptop was basically brand new so not certain where they come from, much better than expected, if someone had given it to me and said here is a new laptop you would never gave known it was refurbished.. tempted to get another one..

I was not really sure if i wanted a reconditioned monitor, but when it arrived i thought it was new. It was so well packed and i love it. I would definately reccomend Back Market, no fuss whatso ever. !!!!!

I've purchased items on Back Market 3 times in the past 12 months and I really like the user experience. Delivery is quick, it's easy to see what's happening to my order and the products have been in great condition and performed like new at a decent discounted price. A big plus for me too is that it feels great to be recycling rather than adding to the mountain of electronic waste. I would have liked to have had a little more in the part exchange offer for my old MacBook, but that's my only gripe. Will definitely use Back Market again for future purchases.
