The laptop arrived with a very wobbly hinge! A bit annoying that the refurbishers didn't address this as it only took me 1 youtube tutorial and a quick 15 minute DIY job to fix. Aside from that, I'm a happy customer.

Delighted with my iPad mini 4 - its quality and performance. My only disappointment was to discover that iOS could not be updated beyond 15.8.4. Some of the apps I wanted to install required iOS 16 or above. But I am finding work-arounds and identifying instances where having the iPad really fills in a gap. Good value for money!

This was my second purchase from BM as expected delivery etc was fast and efficient. The device was well priced however the physical condition of the case was beyond what I could accept as fair. An additional issue with the computer (Fan) would have made the intended use less desirable in its current condition.

I waited to write until l managed to use for few weeks the surface and l can assure you now that l am most stisfyed! It is as promissed in good condition and easy to use the only down side it is the life of the battery but l was expecting that from a second hand product. All un all l am happy with my purchase and the very quick delivery!

What a great experience, despite an initial fault with a component. Received my order quickly and really well packaged and protected. The monitor was in perfect working order and was a real bargain. The stand was faulty and I had to contact the customer service team. That experience in itself is enough to make me want to use Back Market in the future. They were responsive, understanding and I received my replacement part within two days. Fantastic experience, fantastic company and great value on quality, pre-used tech.

Considering I got the monitor is "fair" condition, it looks excellent and it's performed well so far. Packaging was highly secure, shipping was fast.....Would definitely consider refurbished again!

The only issue, which I can not complain about, is that the item was supplied with a keyboard despite there being nothing about that in the description or photo. I had bought another keyboard, which was not strictly necessary, but I got everything I was expecting and more so I'm happy.

This Moniter Is All Good For 25 pounds but it has it's cons! First it's not hdmi compatible and only uses VGA and DVI. So U need 10 pounds for a cable and adapter. Also the smart stand come in clutch with cableagegmenr and a stand. But the base it to big! Overal a decent hiden gem

Bought the HP station few months ago and very happy with my purchase so far. Nice performance and very quiet also.
