Ordered a MacBook from Back Market a couple of weeks ago and I am super happy with the product! Ive never bought refurbished tech before so was hesitant but very happy with the results. I got it in good condition and overall the laptop feels and looks next to brand new. Overall great purchase, will be coming back here for any other tech in the future!

Arrived in great condition. I was expecting it to be battered a little but barely a scratch on it. Packaged well and sent almost instantly on payment. It was meant to be up to 3 day delivery but I received it in less than 24 hours from my order. Excellent service. And the PC works great! Really fast, just what I needed. My old one was stressing me out so I'm very happy

Very pleased with the Lenovo Thinkpad I thought it would be refurbished but it looked brand new. Company easy to deal with communication was brilliant. Came very quickly . Would definitely buy from them again.

This was a completely worthwhile purchase. The way it functions and operates, I would not be able to tell that it was refurbished. Additionally, communicating with the Back Market team is very easy and their suppliers are just as cooperative. When they didn't have the original model that I wanted to buy, they tried to contact me repeatedly. 7 times as well as a message on the site. They even tried to contact me outside of their office hours to inform me. So I am impressed and pleased with the service and I have recommended this company to my mother for her next laptop purchase as well!

I can wholly recommend your company with confidence to anyone unsure about buying second hand IT stuff - all my purchases have been refurbished by the experts which is so much better than buying off a mate (or other). There may be a very bad reason why they are getting rid of it, do you have the expertise to spot it? Back Market's team does.

I like it a lot and still good to use. Have marks on it, as refurbished. But all in all, great laptop!

The laptop arrived with a very wobbly hinge! A bit annoying that the refurbishers didn't address this as it only took me 1 youtube tutorial and a quick 15 minute DIY job to fix. Aside from that, I'm a happy customer.

Overall I'm very happy with my purchase, it is in better condition that I expected and so far it works perfectly. I have deducted one star as it could have been more thoroughly cleaned - I had to spend some time removing chocolate from the keyboard... The packaging could be more sustainable.
