The ipad works great overall and I am happy with it overall. It was delivered quickly and is in great condition. I am slightly frustrated as I can't get a stylus pen to work with it, which was my main reason for getting it. Some websites suggest this might be because it is refurbished. Not sure how true this is and it's not a criticism of BackMarket - just something to consider and research when deciding whether to go for a refurbished product.

Phone works great and is in excellent condition. However, not refurbished with Apple parts, so can’t access features such as battery health, and do get warnings from the phone regarding the refurbished parts.

The device worked for 3 months and they it broke (technical issues) sent it back to get fixed and then they sent it back exactly the same 😂 great job. I explained the situation the iPad would not charge meaning I couldn’t use it and they sent I back to be (the exact same) saying for me to change the password and to log out of the device, the fact that I sent it back because I couldn’t get on to it and they sent it back to me to get on to it is just a joke to me

Working perfectly other than one minor issue. The phone came with a few tiny scratches here and there on the sides of the body but you have to look hard to see them, so no big deal. The only issue is the phone doesn't update on its own- I have to connect it to my PC and update via iTunes. Other than that, an excellent job has been done on this phone to refurbish it and I would definitely recommend Back Market to anyone looking for a phone that is just as good as new!

Couldn’t be happier. This was rated ‘good’ condition but I couldn’t see anything wrong with it. Works perfectly, had this for over a month now and no issues whatsoever. Will definitely buy again for my daughter’s next phone!

I ordered one - it came with some scratches to the casing and battery health at 85% and was sold as good. Which I was disappointed with. Returning it was easy and without hassle. I did reorder from a different supplier and paid an extra £20 to have an excellent one. Which it is. Shiny new. Battery health at 98%. Plus screen protector and other bits and bobs. Impressed.

The iphone is in good condition however I think that it has a non genuine screen. I was informed of the delivery times and kept up to date.

Ordered iPad for Christmas. Arrived all bubble wrapped and I put it away. Opened it on Christmas morning and the screen was all cracked. This didn't happen and in my house and couldn't have happened in transit do it must have been packaged that way. My daughter was devastated. I have had to go and buy another one
