I was little surprised that on a refurbished model there was a sticker with the name of the previous owner stuck to the back of the laptop. The laptop seems to be functioning well, battery drain is quite fast but could be expected for an older model?

As it is a personal computer and I spend all day using a computer at work, I haven't worn it out just yet, but I am very happy with the unit that I received. I got a Microsoft Surface Pro 7. I am very happy with it so far and it was a great price. The delivery was on time and packaging was fine. The Surface Pro is in very good condition, no scratches or bumps. The pictures gave me the impression I was going to get a mouse and stylus but it was my fault for not reading the text properly, but I did get power supply. So all in all I am happy with Back Maket. Back market is an amazing place to buy phones and tablets and I will tell you the reasons why. 1. Quick delivery 2.Gives exactly what you asked for(condition, colour, type) 3. Insurance provide all repairs I ordered a fair tablet with an attached keyboard. The keyboard was poor and the tablet got hot quickly. I paid for insurance before so I requested to repair. I sent it off. The customer care was amazing with letting me know what was happening during the delivery. They sent it back straight away. The tablet is fixed and a new keyboard was restored. I appreciate how they were attentive to detail and valued communication. 4. Honest and quick service This is why I recommend backmarket Even if a worse condition is bought, insurance covers it ! Thank you backmarket for providing electronic at an affordable price with good quality !!

Got a first class computer for a fraction of the new price. It was in great condition despite only being described as ‘Fair’. I have bought from Backmarket before and would thoroughly recommend them if you need some discount tech. Packaging was also excellent. Well done Team!

I'm so impressed with my laptop, the delivery was super fast and when the laptop arrived it looked brand new even though I had chosen to purchase the cheaper 'fair' quality option. Its only been a few weeks but it's working very smoothly, i hope it functions the same for at least a year or two!

So happy with my order! The condition is ‘fair’- exterior of the device has some scratches but the actual screen is fine and battery life seems to be working well so far. It also came with keyboard in great condition. Overall I am delighted with the product and quality of service.
