    Arrived in a clean good condition than I expected. Free case and screen protector is definitely a plus!. Everything works perfect. Great deal. I wish they could add a longer 2m usb c wire though.     Great laptop and service. It arrived like new - sealed and Apple Refurbished, so certainly worthy of ‘Excellent’, category. Unfortunately it was a US MacBook Pro but the only difference was the lack of £ key and US plug. It came with a US travel adapter but I felt this wasn’t good enough. The Backmarket team were superb and gave me £30 to pay for duck foot plug. Excellent service. Second item I have bought from them this year. 100% recommended.
