This is the first time I have opted for a refurbished phone and the first time I have owned a Samsung, having owned several Pixels. I bought a phone in "excellent" condition and it was essentially brand new. Very happy with the service.

It's honestly great! I was nervous about buying a refurbished product as I've never bought one before but it's perfect. No scratches, no issues with performance. Might as well be a new phone. Granted I bought one in Excellent condition but you actually get an excellent condition one. The delivery was quick, there were no issues. Best decision I made in a while.

Great laptop and service. It arrived like new - sealed and Apple Refurbished, so certainly worthy of ‘Excellent’, category. Unfortunately it was a US MacBook Pro but the only difference was the lack of £ key and US plug. It came with a US travel adapter but I felt this wasn’t good enough. The Backmarket team were superb and gave me £30 to pay for duck foot plug. Excellent service. Second item I have bought from them this year. 100% recommended.

Phone condition was superb, and the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately, the phone was a US model and this caused compatibility issues with some apps, and the phone tended to run hot when making calls. This in turn made it glitch out sometimes until it cooled down. It also felt a bit unresponsive at times compared with other Samsung phones I've had. Quite disappointed, sadly, because I really liked the phone but it was unusable for me. If it had been the UK version it would have been my new best friend!

the phone arrived in excellent condition, no scratches, nothing, everything is fine. But, there are 2 problems, the battery is very weak, I don't know how long a new phone lasts, but mine discharges very quickly. with inactive use it can discharge in half a day. And the second problem is the screen, it is in excellent condition, no scratches, but it is clearly not original, firstly, the working area is smaller in width and plus the corners are rounded, it looks honestly like a cheap fake, the Samsung s22 ultra itself is a square phone and the corners are rounded, it looks terrible. Here are 2 real minuses, the screen is out of place here and a very weak battery.

I chose Excellent & was really pleased, I really can't tell its a refurbished phone. Everything transferred perfectly.

Very pleased with this tablet. Considering it’s a refurbished model it looks brand new. Works well , slightly larger than my older 6th generation model and photos look excellent .( can’t believe I took most of them) Very happy so thank you.

Extremely happy with my S21 from Back Market. You would not know it was refurbished,looks brand new. No marks or scratches and the delivery service was brilliant. Arrived days on advance and saved a fortune if bought new. I would certainly recommend and will definitely again in future

This is my first time buying a refurbished phone and I'm pleased with the one I received, it didn't have a mark on it and even still had the original screen protection in place. However, I'm not a fan of the way the prices regularly fluctuate on the site as I feel it is an unnecessary and exploitative practice for an otherwise valid business model. Also the USB3 cable supplied is very flimsy.

well me first impression of the device was is it right for me but after some time with it I can say I am loving it it came well packaged 📦 and it came in the exact condition as that was stated i just absolutely love it 😀
