This is my second time buying a phone from Back Market, both times - very good. SO far my phone is awesome - lovely condition - perfectly as described and delivered quickly. I have had the phone for a couple of weeks. I bought my Mum one a while back, and that has been fine too.

Fantastic experience with my first purchase from back market I got a iPhone X for a reasonable price and when it turned up the condition was excellent you wouldn’t have known it wasn’t brand new. I will be using back market again for future purchases thank you.

Only needed a cheap phone as a 2nd phone for work, arrived in perfect condition as described looked literally brand new. Was a good price and works flawlessly. Only Royal Mail let it down due to it taking 2 weeks to get to me but no fault of the seller.

The phone arrived in two days flat, securely packaged, with a new charge cable and the paperclip tool for the SIM tray. Condition was very good, with just a couple of small scratches on the edge. Unfortunately there was no SIM tray. Luckily I was replacing an identical phone with a broken screen, so I just transferred the old tray to the new phone. So it wasn't too big a problem for me, but it seems like quite an oversight, sending out a phone with an empty SIM tray slot.

I bought a refurbished iPhone X. The phone is fine and in good condition but I’m disappointed with the battery life which is pretty poor and as bad as my old phone (I was hoping for an improvement on that front!). I’ll probably have to buy a new battery as really struggling with this one but in general my experience with Back Market was very good and I’d use them again for refurbished electronics.

Great communications from Back Market from the minute the order was placed. Really quick delivery - with frequent updates on each stage of the journey. The phone was better than expected and I am delighted.

Bought another recon’ phone (yes I do break a few!) , iPhone 8. Amazing condition, got it a month or so ago but old phone was hanging in there so only just taken fresh one out of the box.. like Christmas! 😄

Ordered this phone for my friend, as per all my other experiences i selected "excellent" grade. the phone arrived near mint condition withe only the very faintest marks around the charging port which is to be expected. My friend was delighted with his purchase and another 10/10 experience.
