    I would not recommend this service. The phone I received has a battery health of only 74%, which is well below the 80% minimum that Back Market promises for refurbished devices. While I appreciate that the available options are a replacement or a refund, I urgently need a phone right now, so neither solution is particularly convenient. I chose Back Market because I expected a device that met the advertised standards and was willing to pay more than I would at many high-street second-hand retailers for that reassurance. Unfortunately, the phone I received did not meet those expectations, and the experience has felt like a waste of money. I would strongly encourage Back Market to ensure that the products they sell match the promises made to customers.

    I bought a refurbished iPhone X. The phone is fine and in good condition but I’m disappointed with the battery life which is pretty poor and as bad as my old phone (I was hoping for an improvement on that front!). I’ll probably have to buy a new battery as really struggling with this one but in general my experience with Back Market was very good and I’d use them again for refurbished electronics.
