I was apprehensive about buying refurbished. It's been a great experience. This watch was as new. I didn't get a charger so thankfully I have a charger from my old watch 4 that died. All options work as they should and watch works as it should for half the cost of the new watch 8. Battery life is much better than my old watch 4 as well so I feel like I'm winning.

Arrived super-fast, in tip-top condition, easy to set up and looks great! 3rd product I have bought now from Back Market and can't fault it. Really no need to buy new when such top notch secondhand/reconditioned kit is available.

Only good things to say about Back Market. I bought my Samsung Galaxy S23 in 'Excellent' condition and it looks like a brand new phone. Battery life is amazing, I'm only having to charge it every 2 days and I can't fault it. I can't see any reason to buy a premium quality phone because I've no idea how it can be any better. delivery was very fast and communication was excellent. I'll be buying all my tech from these guys from now on. There's no reason to buy new as far as I can see.

I ordered a Samsung A56 mobile. It arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The phone was immaculate, not a single mark on it. For me it came in it's original box, the seal had been broken, but it isn't brand new. Now 2 weeks on I am very happy with my phone and everything is working correctly. The batteryis lastingapproximately2 daysbeforeneedingtobecharged. It also came with a USB cable which I'm positive has never been used.

The whole process was super simple. I bought a phone in perfect condition and have not had any issues at all. I have had refurbished phones in the past from less reputable sites and the phone is either not as advertised or has issues but my experience from BackMarket ghas been very different; my new phone is perfect.

it's completely new unopened in packaging, however it's from the UAE. This isn't a problem as its insured with bavkmarket and can just be changed in settings when it came to location. perfect product! Will buy again!

We’ve bought 2 Apple products an iPad and iPhone. Both were at discounted prices and good value. They arrived in condition as described with not too many extras i.e. box but did have charging cable. If your want cheap second hand goods at a good price and quick and efficient P&P I would highly recommend. Will consider in the future looking at the Back Market before anyone else.

My iPad arrived earlier than i expected it to, which was very exciting. There was no flaws on my iPad and i am very pleased with my purchase!
