    When my old laptop refused to download the latest security update I knew the time had come - I need a device for online meetings. The iPad 9th gen was well reviewed elsewhere and refurbished seemed like the way forward. WOW - it was delivered within days of ordering, complete with charger and looks like it's never been out of the original packing. I would thoroughly recommend using Back market, thanks guys!

    Received the iPhone 12 very quickly. Phone was in excellent condition, battery 100%, no visible scratches or marks. Highly recommend this seller. My only issue is the packaging, the box was large and the phone was in a bubble wrap bag and wrapped in bubble wrap. Whilst good, a tighter fit with less room for movement would prevent any chance of damage, or even securing the outer bubble wrap around the phone. The box was badly damaged but thankfully the phone was excellent.

    Back market is great have used many times. But… whilst this iPad was perfect as described this supplier sent a 3rd party charger which are notorious for being rejected by Apple (and subsequently didn’t work). Given the cost of a new Apple charger this leaves a sour taste and makes it not quite the bargain I hoped for :-(

    Can’t fault the experience. Delighted with how good the iPad is. Only issue was a European plug but that’s my fault for not reading correctly. Easy obtained a suitable plug and I’m definitely coming back for my next product! Highly recommend and thank you!

    Okay, so genuinely, I can’t even tell if this iPad has ever been used. It is in NEW condition. It came in the original box! It came packaged as though it was never even taken out of the box. I’m genuinely thinking it was never used. Has an original 1 year APPLE warranty, so actual manufacturer warranty, and seems as though it was not used. I can’t say for certain, but I opened it and it was still in what appeared to be fully original packaging. Performance is fab, battery health capacity is 100%. I ordered the “excellent” grade, and let me tell you, it sure is. As always, very impressed with BackMarket and will use again and again, and impressed with the company who’s sold this through the site as well. Think they’re called NSJ Trading ltd. Happy happy happy!!!!

    I found the whole process with BackMarket seamless. I went for excellent condition and when I unwrapped it it looked brand new. I was really impressed. The set up was seamless too and I was up and running on it in less than 5 minutes. I haven't yet used the power cable that came with it nor the two prong power plug (not sure if that's standard nowadays but doesn't look like a UK plug) but as I have a lot of apple plugs for usb attachements, this isn't really an issue. I would definitely recommend BackMarket to friends and family.

    I've always have purchased new phones but decided to buy a Samsung S20 fe from Back Market in excellent condition, I was happily surprised on the fantastic service and delivery I received as the phone was pristine and found no marks or faults at all. I will be using Back Market again to upgrade the wife's phone shortly.

    Product in excellent exteria condition. Delivered quickly. Transferred data from old phone auto no problems and all working. Loaded sim card downloaded info and phone worked perfectly. Appears like new and reasonable price paid.
