Great smooth transaction from start to finish. I bought this ipad for my husband to use instead of his aging laptop and he loves it. The ipad is in excellent condition and works great Would deffo recommend this company to everyone

Perfect- I ordered an excellent quality and I was sent what looked like brand new and sealed, works perfectly, already fully charged. Would definitely buy from here again for only just over £200 for a relatively new model as well. Was given a foreign apple charger but they included an adaptor too so works fine!

I ordered an iPad in excellent condition, the price was very competitive. It arrived quicker than estimated and really was in excellent condition. No marks, scratches, dents, and it seems to be working perfectly too. The battery life isn’t amazing, however I bought it for use with very battery-intensive apps, so I can’t 100% blame that on the iPad itself. It came with an off brand charger that unfortunately doesn’t work with the iPad - unsure why, it works to charge other devices, but not the iPad, but that wasn’t the end of the world as I have other USB-C chargers at home anyway! The only annoyance was that the iPad arrived with a sticker on the back that listed its make & model, and the sticker was incredibly hard to get off, and took a few days to get all of the last bits of sticker residue off - but not a major problem since the iPad was in perfect condition. Would definitely purchase from Back Market again!

The back market service was amazing quick came next day, then the product itself I love beats but I cannot use the noise cancelling technology, As soon as you switch it on the left ear just starts farting and making clicking noises it is a known problem so not happy about that would send them back but I got rid of the packaging as soon as they arrived

I was determined to buy my husband a smart watch. He had wanted once since he bought me mine. It was easy to find and purchase. When it arrived it was in the original box seal unbroken. It was brand new and has worked like a dream since buying it in June.

Finding the product and purchasing was very smooth. Delivery was excellent. Genuinely the only niggle I have is the stickers used on the device were near impossible to get off - are there alternatives that could be looked at?

ill be honnest i was a bit unsure as sounded to good of a price but decided i had to take a chance as needed a more up to date phone and i am 100% pleased i have and will use again at these prices you can have the up to date phones without having seriously deep pockets and would seriously recommend to anyone

Absolutely faultless & excellent, in every respect! The i-Pad is as new. It arrived after a couple of days, exactly as described, for a competitive price. Bought for my mum, who is very happy with it.
