This is the second Galaxy A15 I have purchased from back market, one for myself and the other for my wife ,who has never owned a touch screen phone before. Upon delivery (which was extremely fast) we were extremely pleased with the condition of the phone, no scratches etc. The set up was easy and straight forward. We would use Back Market again in the future if another purchase was required.

A great service from Backmarket. The package arrived early, and the tracking service kept me well informed of progress. The phone was like new, not a mark or blemish anywhere. Setup was easy, but it needs a USB C to USB C lead to transfer data and apps from one's old phone. Fortunately I had one. Battery life is very good. Overall I'm very pleased, and would happily recommend Backmarket to my friends.b

Absolutely faultless & excellent, in every respect! The i-Pad is as new. It arrived after a couple of days, exactly as described, for a competitive price. Bought for my mum, who is very happy with it.

Arrived well before the estimated delivery date, and well packaged. I'd ordered the "Excellent" grade, and I'd be hard pressed to tell the difference between this handset and a brand new one. One small criticism is that I would have preferred to have been sent a sim removal tool, but that's a minor grievance.
