I love my new phone. very fast shipped. I only wish they had sent the plug with the cable, but considering that is refurbished, I am very happy with the price and phone. I bought from here before and I will be a returning customer again if needed.

A great service from Backmarket. The package arrived early, and the tracking service kept me well informed of progress. The phone was like new, not a mark or blemish anywhere. Setup was easy, but it needs a USB C to USB C lead to transfer data and apps from one's old phone. Fortunately I had one. Battery life is very good. Overall I'm very pleased, and would happily recommend Backmarket to my friends.b

Perfect- I ordered an excellent quality and I was sent what looked like brand new and sealed, works perfectly, already fully charged. Would definitely buy from here again for only just over £200 for a relatively new model as well. Was given a foreign apple charger but they included an adaptor too so works fine!

The back market service was amazing quick came next day, then the product itself I love beats but I cannot use the noise cancelling technology, As soon as you switch it on the left ear just starts farting and making clicking noises it is a known problem so not happy about that would send them back but I got rid of the packaging as soon as they arrived
