    I love my new phone. very fast shipped. I only wish they had sent the plug with the cable, but considering that is refurbished, I am very happy with the price and phone. I bought from here before and I will be a returning customer again if needed.

    I ordered Samsung galaxy tab A8. Was delivered for 2 days coming in the original new box and looks like new I'm very happy with this order, and looking for my new mobile already. Can recommend as a very good app.

    I bought the Samsung S21 for a friend. It was in pristine condition, looked brand new. He loves his new phone, nothing negative with the functionality. I’m an iPhone user and I purchased my current iPhone 12 from BackMarket (Gr8 price and next day delivery) it was in immaculate pristine condition. I bought my sister an iPhone 12 for her birthday as well. I would definitely, definitely recommend Back Market.

    ill be honnest i was a bit unsure as sounded to good of a price but decided i had to take a chance as needed a more up to date phone and i am 100% pleased i have and will use again at these prices you can have the up to date phones without having seriously deep pockets and would seriously recommend to anyone

    Absolutely faultless & excellent, in every respect! The i-Pad is as new. It arrived after a couple of days, exactly as described, for a competitive price. Bought for my mum, who is very happy with it.

    Arrived well before the estimated delivery date, and well packaged. I'd ordered the "Excellent" grade, and I'd be hard pressed to tell the difference between this handset and a brand new one. One small criticism is that I would have preferred to have been sent a sim removal tool, but that's a minor grievance.

    This isn’t my first time ordering off backmarket and I had a good first experience, so I decided to order again. I got this phone for my mum and decided to set it up for her as she isn’t the greatest with technology. Thank goodness I did set it up as the phone turned on and was in Chinese! It took me a good 20 minutes to figure out how to turn everything into English. I then had to factory reset because it wasn’t when I received it. Now as I’m setting it up, the Home Screen I made was then reset and the screen keeps temporarily blacking out and then coming back. Good website just not sure about the quality of the actual hardware now. All being said, the phone is flawless on the outside and delivery was expected to take up to a week but came in a day.
