I bought a premium Iphone 13 and paid a good price for it as I wanted a phone which was sold "as new" and would last. It wasn't an easy decision but I took the plunge. The phone arrived a couple of days later - fine and relieved. It looked in excellent condition - fine and happy. I took the phone to an Apple store to be checked over and set up. Their check-up didn't flag any major issues BUT I was told that it was an american model. What could be the problem, I asked? Their answer: you will find it difficult to use it on the 5G network and it will drain your battery pretty quickly. Indeed, when I am out of reach of a Wi-Fi system, the phone rarely runs on 5G, most of the time on 4G, sometimes even on 3G (pretty useless to be fair). I wished BackMarket and their vendors would make their customers aware of these kind of details. Will I buy again from BackMarket ? Not sure......

I do not doubt the service. I received my phone, it arrived earlier than expected. Thank you so much for an excellent phone. I am very satisfied.

Really nice phone in spotless condition but came up with a warning that battery could not be verified so it has probably been changed for non genuine apple battery. Apart from this small issue no complaints

Having been recommended by my daughter, I thought I’d give BackMarket a look. First of all I was very impressed with the website and the range of phones available. The information provided was thorough and helpful so I opted for a Galaxy S23, which arrived 2 days later and was in Immaculate condition, although advertised as “good”. Several weeks later and i have had zero issues with the phone. It works perfectly and holds battery strength extremely well. 10/10 BackMarket and thank you.
