    My old XR was at the end of its life so decided to upgrade. I purchased a phone from Backmarket for my husband previously so was happy to order an iPhone 14 from them. Delivered next day, absolutely perfect condition, not a mark on it, so much quicker than my old iPhone, set-up really easy, if I can manage that at 66 years old anyone can! Would definitely buy from Backmarket again

    I was apprehensive to buy second hand iPhone!- first time. Bought for my child- “good condition” “ iPhone 13” I am so happy - phone is immaculate looking- like new. In nice box, either charging cable. Battery fair- if u can pay for high end battery- i would next time💥only gripe!, as phone does get hot when user plays game online. But, apart from that, phone is great, i ( the adult!) wishes i got a refurbished phone- i WILL DO in future-!..half the price of o2 - Honestly cant tell difference of my iPhone 14 on contract- to this refurbished iPhone 13!! Never buy new on mobile network again! So far so good ( at 1 week)!!.. highly recommend😊

    I’m 88yrs old and housebound. I’m thrilled with my iPhone 12. The case is excellent and it is virtually impossible to see any blemishes. I’m not a heavy user so this fits my needs adequately and it is an update on my iPhone SE. The battery is great and face recognition appreciated.
