Perfect service When you are needing a new phone this is the app/website I recommend, please don’t faff about with used phones from Facebook marketplace etc that may come with a nasty suprise such as iCloud activation locks, marked as stolen/lost or blacklist for unpaid contract, this company knows what they are doing partnering with some of the biggest phone refurbishing companies to bring the best quality and value for money phones as possible, I bought a fair example iPhone 15 pro and I was pleased to find out that it came with an almost perfect battery with 94% battery health. And with only a few micro scratches on the screen it was a perfect phone for the price. I cannot wait to purchase more devices from backmarket

Okay being honest… is brand new , not just looking brand new but 100% battery health + there was no replacement I checked everything this phone is probably not even refurbished because serial number is doesn’t start with F or H! I’m impressed and I got good quality so it’s not even the best ! Recommend it

Bargain, was looking for an s22 ultra but searched s24 out of curiosity, shame I didnt buy it first time as it was £479, after few days and refreshing slighly went up to £509 but phone in excellent condition for a fair model which was really good. Came in a simple cardboard box and the phone inside, not a visible scratch on the front and rear, couldn't be happier for a model that recent for such a low price and great quality. Definitely worth 👌

Sincerely speaking, I was in full doubt when I ordered my iPhone 13 Pro max to be as neat, clean and the camera to be as this sharp. When I got the phone, it's sparkling. Battery life span is top notch, no scratch on screen and body. infact, I have already informed some of my friend to order theirs immediately from Back Market. Back Market, pls keep this up. You are great.

I am not a big phone user, it’s really for emergency’s, hence I ordered an IPhone 13 Pro in ‘ fair condition’ .I must admit I was a bit apprehensive as never bought from back market before, and never bought ‘ refurbished’, however phone was delivered extremely quickly, and I was kept informed at each stage, when I received and unpacked I was extremely pleased not a mark on the case, only two small marks on screen which were hard to see and couldn’t see them at all when switched on ,every thing on phone works perfectly,would absolutely buy off ‘ Back Market again.’ 5 stars.

Excellent value for money. Back Market was very easy to navigate. I ordered an iPhone 13 in Fair condition and was surprised at the excellent condition of the phone, including battery health at 87%. Delivery was timely and secure, the phone was easy to set up. I’m very happy that I chose to buy a refurbished phone. I will definitely use Back Market again and will recommend to friends.

I’m really pleased with my iPhone 13. It exceeds my expectations and is quite beautiful! This company is doing a great thing for the planet and for our pockets. I love the idea of not buying new especially when a reconditioned phone can be this good.

I love my new phone. Back Market have kept me informed at each step. The phone arrived when expected and is great. Nothing more to say. Brilliant service and I like the lower environmental impact of using refurbished tech.
