I have waited for over a month since I got my new (refurbished) iPhone 14 Pro Max so that I can give a very honest review and I can say I don’t have any regrets buying refurbished because I can’t tell any difference from new. The iPhone 13 is fab, still getting use to it. Would definitely recommend buying a refurbish one, When it arrived was so impressive, thought it was a brand new one, no marks or scratches on it. The service from the time ordered to receiving it was excellent. Definitely recommend backmarket.

Well this was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and my experience of Back Market has been faultless. I was tempted to get the Samsung Flip 5 months ago, but couldn't resist going for the Flip 6 when they got them in! Glad I waited and now I have the latest phone saving hundreds! From the prices on offer, quality of phone, superb delivery and packaging I fully recommend Back Market and will definitely use again when I want to spoil myself!

Very happy. Exactly as described. Not a single scratch or any physical sign of it being refurbished. Ideally the battery would also be 100% new but I only got one in fair condition and that’s something that can be sorted down the line if and when necessary. Everything works perfectly as new and also arrived one day earlier than expected. Definitely no need to buy new again. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of trying refurbished for the first time.

I was a bit sceptical at first given how much cheaper this was compared to other places, but it arrived with no issues. I got ‘good’ condition and it’s near enough perfect. You can’t tell it’s been refurbished, other than the battery capacity being at 89%. It hasn’t caused any issues though. Great phone and I’m so glad I replaced my iPhone 11 with it. Highly recommend Back Market!

Was very unsure with buying a phone from here, I chose a refurbished phone from mazuma mobile and I was extremely happy when it arrived, I ordered the worst condition ‘Fair’ as I don’t mind the odd scratch and the phone arrived basically brand new! 100% battery health and all original. Will definitely use again for sure
