Happy with purchase delivery was delay by one day but they updated me. I brought in good condition it was very good condition. only little scratch on back that was expected for refurbished product it the 3rd time I brought from back market including ps4 ,iPhone 12 pro max and this iPad 7 gen 2019 will defo purchase more stuff in the future 😊

Ordered apple watch series 5 in fair condition - condition was excellent with no scratches or dings. It came promptly and with a brand new silicon sports strap. The price was less than I had been quoted for repair to my old series 3 watch. So a no brainer to get this watch. Would recommend.

Fantastic app, easy to use, everything explained clearly, IPad is like brand new, can’t fault it at all, only thing that bothered me was after I bought the iPad, I then got sent a £15 off voucher, when I went to use it, it said I could not use this as it was for new customers only! So I was very disappointed I couldn’t use the voucher.

I bought the iPad as a Birthday present for my son. It arrived on the day it was ment to and when I opened it up the pad looked in new condition not a mark on it. Easy to set up and one happy son on his birthday. I would definitely recommend. My only issue was with the deliver company, luckily I saw the delivery man coming up the drive with the parcel, he was trying to just post through the letter box, which he nearly did, but luckily stopped him before it could drop on the hard floor. Which I think would have ended with a damaged ipad. Could do with a fragile label on the packaging to avoid this.
