I have honestly never thought about purchasing a refurbished device until now, and I am thrilled with my new Samsung A55. There was not one mark on my phone, to even suggest it was a refurb, as so many have stated, its true, it looks and functions as a brand new device. I have a years warranty and if I need any support I can talk with someone wh can help. My phone arrived within the two day time slot, so all in all I am completely impressed with my purchase and overall service. lastly I totally support the cause of lessing our carbon footprint on our plant and if this is the way forward I am in. I have no doubt that from now on I will be purchasing all my tech from Back Market.

Ordered beige got purple how could you get that wrong ? Also wrong charging lead sent, c to c lead, obviously no care taken with order.

Phone nice and was in great condition but came with two labels on the back. One peeled off easily, the other didn’t and has left a sticky mess. Not good. Have photo I can upload if wanted
