I was dubious about getting a reconditioned phone. It said on this site that my iPhone is in good condition. That is not correct. It’s virtually in excellent condition. I am very pleased with my purchase. It has given me confidence to buy from this company again in the future.

I've had my ipad for a few weeks now, I always like to wait before writing a review to see if anything pops up a little later but no this ipad is absolutely amazing, no signs of use and the battery life is just like it would have been new!

The iPhone 13 Mini is flawless. V impressed. Bought for my Mother (I know, all those dodgy reviews that say "bought for my Daughter, Aunt, Pet Stick Insect") but this was genuinley for Mum. And she and I are mega impressed. This is the second phone I've bought from Back Market - the first for my daughter (seriously). The next up is mine, an iPhone 15 Pro, slated in for Christmas/New Year. Saving like mad and with confidence that it'll be three in a row very happy faces!

delivery was next day. data transfer was good and easy ( I used same OnePlus brand) phone is a mint condition. the only thing I'm not 100 happy is bottom left screen side is not fully sensitive and I have to use more force. that might be caused by screen protector too.

Really happy with my phone, ordered an excellent condition as there was not much difference in price between the conditions on sale. It arrived before the delivery date and was like new 😃 additionally it came with a screen cover, and a plastic case for no extra charge… All in all I will certainly recommend back market to my friends and family and definitely purchase from you again in the future.

Very pleased with phone and quick service from BackMarket. Only criticism is for relative dinosaurs like me would have been helpful to have had written guidance re transferring SIM card and info including apps.

Whole process, from placing order, being kept upto date on delivery, packaging for delivery etc were superb. Mobile for Daughter, had it 3 wks now and all works as expected & excellent! Will use again in future.

One of the best online purchase experiences I’ve had. Phone was branded ‘excellent’ but was in fact pristine with a small amount of dirt on the back that rubbed off, upon touching. Battery is recording a capacity of 100%, which is quite mad considering I didn’t request a replacement. Overall, a very positive experience. I’ve never bought a phone online and this purchase has allayed my fears for the future. Thank you.
