I bought this for my 67 year old dad, it was an upgrade from his old iPhone SE which was a work phone. He seems happy with the iPhone 11, good upgrade, bigger screen so it's easier to text on, face recognition so he doesn't have to enter a pin to unlock the phone, camera quality is much better. I suppose the only niggle is the replacement battery is not an apple one and doesn't seem to be lasting as long as his previous phone but there's maybe multiple factors. I think it's only common to charge a phone everyday. I'll have to look at some of his app settings and make sure there's none running in the background on him that he doesn't need. Experience has been good on here and I got a phone for my mum too which I'm waiting for.

Bought an iPhone SE in “fair” condition. This is the second iPhone I have bought, the other being an iPhone 14 and both phones arrived quickly and in very good condition. I expected in truth a bit more wear on the iPhone SE but it hardly showed any wear at all. Very pleased and would always choose this company as they seem really competitive and I am very pleased with the products so far.

Good response time from customer service. Super professional and understanding. My order was delayed which was frustrating but out of hands of Backmarket as they deal with vendors. Really good quality phone with 12 months warranty. Will definitely use again

Can't fault the service. The phone is in better than good condition. It came promptly and well packaged. Very impressed and have already recommended to friends.

Fantastic Phone and battery health was 98% screen has 2-3 microscratches which was almost invisible overall very very good

Although my daughter dit it for me, it appeared to be really simple. I have received in a short period of time a good and well working phone. Very pleased.

All good. The phone has an aftermarket screen cover and a small hair is trapped there. I can't remove the screen cover. I covered the screen with another protector which hides the hair but doesn't harm the fingerprint function. Very good. A £1200 phone for £240? It's a no brainer! Way to go for any tech I buy from now.

Price happy with but said was unlocked that's reason I bought it but it wasn't unlocked and had to pay £25 to get it unlocked
