    I was apprehensive about buying a refurbished IPhone, but my old one wasn’t charging and I didn’t want to spend stupid amounts of money on a brand new one. I needn’t have worried, the refurbished iPhone I purchased from Back Market was brilliant, looked like new and I have had absolutely no problems with it. The service from Back Markwas excellent, I would definitely recommend them and you get to help the environment too, win win!!

    I purchased 2 Galaxy S20 FE 5G both look like new could not find a mark on either one both work perfectly fine. Only problem they are not supplied with a charger, not a big deal as fast chargers are readily available on certain web sites.

    I ordered a iPhone x 64 GB and in came in excellent condition. It has been 2 days of usage so far but I couldn't have been more pleased about my purchase. I have also purchased an additional insurance form back market. We will see if I get to use it but so far no complaints.

    Having BackMarket suggested as the place to try for a replacement phone, to be honest I was very sceptical but to be honest from my experience I would likewise recommend this site to others. The phone that I ordered arrived fairly speedily and in excellent condition and in the few weeks that I have used my Galaxy S20 FE 5G, I certainly think I made a wise purchase. If there is any concern ... that would be ... how long the battery life will be, but only time will tell on that issue. (I don't know if the battery is a component which is replaced when sold) If this proves to be an unjustified concern, I would not hesitate to shop here again.

    I ordered 'excellent' and I received 'excellent'. Could not be happier. Phone was in perfect condition. Even battery was at 100%. Went with free delivery & it arrived just 2 days later. Have never bought refurbished before, but will def consider doing so again. Makes sense environmentally, and financially. Thank you Hockley Mobiles @ Back Market.

    The quality of my iPhone 12 mini is as new. Not one scratch on it anywhere and the battery is 100% with the software working perfectly.     ipad was good, had few scratches but not visible at all. works fine no problem so far. Charger was missing, however Back market customer service was really helpful, really accommodating. They even refunded £15 because of missing charger. I highly recommend back market.

    Excellent Samsung S20 purchased, great delivery with condition like new. Purchased for my wife who had lived with s6 model. She is extremely pleased with the phone and technology upgrade, would recommend back market and we will use them again when required.
