My iPad arrived well packed and ahead of schedule which is always a good start! On examination it looks brand new, not a sign of wear or previous use. It took a couple of days to work my way around a new system, I’m coming from two worn out Kindle Fires and I’m well past retirement age. I’m delighted with my purchase. Thank you Back Market.

Very pleased with my iPhone 12 Pro. Clean and in perfect condition. Looking forward to its advantages over my previous iPhone 6 (which served well until it was rated “vintage”). Better camera now, smoother response in usage.

Used Back Market to buy a Samsung S22 phone which was delivered by Hockley Mobiles. It came a day early and we have had it a few weeks. Phone was in excellent condition, well packaged and so far all is going well. The Samsung S22 I bought from Hockley Mobiles arrived promptly, well packaged and in working order. To my surprise the package included a phone case and a charging cable, thank you, I am very pleased with the phone.

So far so good. Battery life 98% To me it looks in mint condition Even came with a protective screen in place, and clear case to use. Only downside the protection screen wasn’t quite on straight, but that’s just me being picky!

I bought a used Galaxy S22+. Its condition was described as excellent, and indeed it is - I can't find the slightest blemish. This is the second phone I've had from Back Market, and I'm entirely happy.
