Phone is in great condition. With a brand new battery even tho I didn’t pay extra. Quick easy delivery and payment.i won’t ever bother going on contract for a phone again, sim only and buying refurbished phones from back market is the best way to go. Great service A+++++

I ordered 'excellent' and I received 'excellent'. Could not be happier. Phone was in perfect condition. Even battery was at 100%. Went with free delivery & it arrived just 2 days later. I was apprehensive about buying a refurbished IPhone, but my old one wasn’t charging and I didn’t want to spend stupid amounts of money on a brand new one. I needn’t have worried, the refurbished iPhone I purchased from Back Market was brilliant, looked like new and I have had absolutely no problems with it. The service from Back Markwas excellent, I would definitely recommend them and you get to help the environment too, win win!!

It was a little more scuffed than I expected but, for the price of a cover, who cares. Still trying to configure everything but, that's because I'm A, stupid and, B, very old! Buying process could not have been simpler. Very happy with result.

I bought a used Galaxy S22+. Its condition was described as excellent, and indeed it is - I can't find the slightest blemish. This is the second phone I've had from Back Market, and I'm entirely happy.

Very pleased with my iPhone 12 Pro. Clean and in perfect condition. Looking forward to its advantages over my previous iPhone 6 (which served well until it was rated “vintage”). Better camera now, smoother response in usage.

Item arrived as expected just set up with one exception that I can’t work out how to change the message tone to a personal one. Also can’t seem to get 5G at the moment So used to my iPhone that I need to stop pressing the wrong button and hanging up on people.

Honestly, I think the phone is great. However, I only have one issue. It seems it came with a screen protector that isn't biometric-compatible (i can't use the finger print unlock). Other than that, other things are swell

Phone arrived in good time and well packaged. Condition was almost faultless with just a small superficial scratch on one corner. Bought as a Christmas present for my partner who was delighted with it 😊
