Ordered Flip Phone for Grandson Birthday so obviously wanted it to look new - It's Amazing not a mark on it holds a charge very well Delivered on time in a nice presentation box his Birthday not until 26 March so hasn't been used yet will update when he has it.

The device arrived well-packed and on time. Its condition was, as described, excellent. Screen(s) and body were faultless and the phone operated perfectly. The only problem I had was with Samsung Restore from my PC backup (from an older S23+) onto this Z Fold6 - not the fault of the Z Fold6 it was just an issue with my ageing PC. The Z Fold6 was 'bricked' and locked on the 'Error Updating' screen - but by flashing an up-to-date OS and now using Samsung Restore directly connecting my older S23+ to the newer Z Fold6 (not using the PC) all went perfectly well and I'm using the Z Fold6 without any issues at all now. Definitely a great phone and I'll certainly be checking Back Market first if I ever need a replacement.

Really pleased with the phone, massive improvement on my old P30 lite. It was delivered promptly and appeared to be a brand new phone!!, not a mark on it. The camera is amazing and takes brilliant photos with telephoto lens, also love the curved screen.

Got in a bit of a muddle with transfer of Strav and Whatsapp which meant I lost all my stored messages on WhatsApp and all my former ride details on Strava. Also had to reload some Apps for which I took a long time to remember/find passwords. But these are all my fault and I am very pleased with the performance of the phone. And it is indeed in excellent condition. Now if someone could show me how to transfer my i-tunes from the laptop to the phone extremely easily my life would be complete1

Generally speaking, this is a good device and reached me in excellent condition. On the plus side, it has an ESim facility, which I was able to take advantage of, almost immediately. My only criticism relates to the battery life. I'm having to recharge it more frequently than I'd have expected. Perhaps I didn't select the right option.

Seeing reviews of all the “good” condition variants I went for one, I guess you could say it was in good condition, small dents around all the metal corners where the midnight paint has gone showing the silver, scratches around the camera bezels making the back look generally very used, the screen came with an old used protector on it, underneath on the actual screen there were quite a few very light scratches, the back glass had some long deeper scratches, as for refurbished?not convinced as I had trouble with the charger port, the slightest wiggle with any cable and it stopped charging, after looking in the port there was many years of fluff in there and once taken out painstakingly the charger port works as it should. Battery health was 86% It’s a phone, I guess it’s in “good” condition, there are no cracks on the screen or glass back but the general overall condition I wasn’t impressed with. I certainly will not be buying another “good” graded one, that’s if I actually buy from black market next time as honestly, was not impressed.

At first is was not sure if I will get the best but trust me I love it even more than my stolen brand new iPhone 15 promax. The camera quality is a top notch .Will definitely buy again from back market.

Overall, it is pretty decent. Given that I opted for a device in "good condition," I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I’m pleased with its general performance. The phone works well for the most part, apps run smoothly, the battery life is reasonable, and the overall functionality is as expected. However, I’ve noticed one issue: the microphone doesn’t seem to work when making calls on speaker. I can hear the other person clearly, which suggests the speaker functions properly, but they can’t hear me unless I switch off the speakerphone. It’s inconvenient when I need to be hands-free during calls. Apart from that, everything else runs without problems.
