My Google Pixel 7 Pro 128GB last week. Pleased with the phone, i bought it as refurbished but it is just as good as new, I am impressed. This is the third phone I have brought from Back Market and they never disappoint.

Ordered on a Thursday, arrived Saturday, the phone has a few minor surface scratches, but nothing that a phone case doesn't cover up, also to be expected as a refurbished phone. Have experienced a few frozen moments. But all in all good so far.

This was my first time buying a refurbished phone. I was a bit doubtful as I chose fair condition but it looks and performs really well. Very happy. I also traded my old phone, it was very easy. I'll definitely use backmarket again, no doubt

I'm really pleased with my "new" phone. It arrived a day after the advised date which isn't bad as I'm offshore. Phone is good quality with no sign of previous use. I'd had a different refurbished phone from elsewhere and wasn't happy with it and had to return. Would definitely recommend Back Market.

Didn't expect the phone to be perfect? I Selected "good" condition when it was ordered, But was amazed to find it in "as new" condition when it arrived! So can't imagine what Excellent or premium is? Not a mark or blemish on it anywhere. Delivery was very quick and packaged in good strong box. Very Very good value. You would never know it was a refurbished phone.

My wife's phone needed replacing after dropping it in the loo. She has always loved the Pixel phones but I was a bit dubious about a refurbished phone and had never used Back Market before. I bit the bullet after I saw the price which was very good compared to a new phone. We chose 'Excellent' in condition as this was only very slightly more in price than 'very good'. When the phone arrived I could not believe it, there was not even the slightest visible blemish anywhere and I inspected it all over, it may as well have been brand new. The handset works as it should and my wife loves it. For those who have doubts, I say go for it.
