My Mint Green IPhone 11 arrived earlier than expected, few scuffs around the edge of the phone but can easily be hidden by a case. Had 2 messages come up about unknown parts for the screen and battery but you know what it ain't gonna stop me using the phone. l love my phone and I would definitely order from back market again thanks guys for my phone 😁🩵

The phone arrived on time and was extremely well packaged in tight fitting bubble wrap sleeve within a sturdy little parcel. The phone was in excellent condition with very few scratches on the back while the screen was in almost pristine. Battery life is good and since this phone was for my mum who watches a lot of YouTube it lasts well over the day. My only gripe is the pack of charger....but I knew this before my purchase. I always buy refurbished devices so I will be back to Back Market when reflecting on this excellent experience with them.

Excellent, brilliant, I upgraded the battery myself for an extra 25% capacity, phone has been great no issues whatsoever and even ran the latest iOS until 2022. Very happy with back market, can recommend.

I was a bit sceptical about buying a refurbished phone, but I am so glad that I did. The quality of the refurbishment is exceptional, don't think I will be buying new again.

Very pleased with my new phone. I was keen to find one that was not super sized like most newer ones so the refurb route was perfect plus much greener too! The phone arrived well packaged and works great. If was a bit more 'used' looking than I was expecting for the good category, but no big issues as if works fine. The battery just about lasts 2 days if I don't do too much.

I thought i was ordering a note 10 lite. When I looked for the Spen, i could not find it. To my surprise, its an S10 lite. It is actually my fault coz i was looking for a white colored phone. Anyway, i found out that this unit has better battery & fingerprint sensor, less heating issues, lighter, and more attractive(than the silver note 10 lite) so i will keep it. Overall, never regretted ordering the wrong unit as BM offers warranty if ever i change my mind.

My first purchase from backmarket. Very pleased with my iPhone 11. Better than I expected it to be. I have only used it for a couple of weeks now but im more than happy. I hope it lasts long enough. If it still functions properly in time i will definitely use backmarket again.

Bought iPhone 7 for my Granddaughter she is very pleased with it. Arrived within 2 days as described, fair condition but looked brand new. I wouldn’t buy a brand new phone I always buy from Back market. Bought 2 previous iPhones for my other granddaughters over 12 months ago, never had any problems.

Phone arrived on time and exactly as described, at least I think it was; but unfortunately I lost it even before I had fully unpacked it from its nice cardboard box, dropped in a parking place in Aviemore, Bonny Scotland, gone forever and never seen again, my lovely phone. So I have manned up, and bought the identical Galaxy S9 again from good ol' Back Market. Ach weel, what will be will be, and Man a Man for A' That and A'That and I will stop greiving when the new (used) one arrives.
