Great experience. Ordered at 13:00 yesterday and order arrived at 10am this morning, brilliant service and kept well informed from purchase through to delivery. Ordered an iPhone 11 Pro, midnight green in fair condition. The phone does have scratches on the screen which i expected. Battery health 83% which is slightly below the 85% guarantee but it’s not a problem to me. Would rather have an original Apple battery than an aftermarket one, will likely get this replaced at some point through Apple but for the £255 I paid for the handset I will still be well in front when paying for a new one. Overall really impressed with BackMarket and will definitely use them again when it’s time to change phones. I’ve used other refurbished phone companies before but none come close to the service I received.

I bought iPhone 13 Pro Max sierra blue 256 in excellent condition with 98% battery health and I couldn’t be happier really. It got delivered in two days and it came in perfect condition, literally brand new with and original iPhone cable. I read the reviews from back market for sometime because I wasn’t 100% sure if everything will be okay as it’s refurbished but I’m so so happy I made the decision to get it from here. Recommend back market with both hands absolutely amazing!

My iPhone is spot on. It was delivered as promise. The only thing was when I received the phone the box was empty apart from the charging cable. I thought hello I have been ripped off. So happy with this purchase, made an elderly relative very happy! Cannot fault this phone, as had to buy as a replacement while one of the same model was sent to Apple for repair so they could still be connected. No problems at all, and have the other phone back from Apple, but cannot tell the difference.

Extremely happy with order, phone arrived in perfect condition not a single scratch, battery capacity was 100% so pleased about that, no complications so far however the charger was a usb to lightning rather then the usb c to lightning but for the price i got the phone for you can’t complain. Not fussed about condition so went for the lowest grade. Couple of minor marks on the body (as expected) that are hidden by my case anyway. Screen is absolutely good as new. Perfect, not even a small scratch. Battery health is 97% very happy indeed.

I really wouldn't grade this "fair." It has some scratches on the back, but I have a case anyway so I don't see that. The screen is immaculate, the battery is great, this is a brand new phone for all intents and purposes.

Everything went very smoothly, fantastic price especially considering it's 256gb internal storage. Ordered in fair condition, screen is flawless with zero scratches and only minor scratches on the sides of the phone. Only noticeable scratch is below the camera lenses (not on the lenses themselves, just the camera bump). Would order from here again with no hesitation.
