To be honest it's probably the best refurbished phone iv seen ever . Worth every penny and a decent trade in for older phone . Will definitely mention the company to my family and friends . I am very happy with my purchase from Back Market. It's the second handset I have bought and consider this S24 Ultra as a very good buy. Paid for the premium condition and it looked brand new even still had the plastic protective strips on the side rails. Absolutely amazing condition and the screen and back looked flawless. Quick turn around phone arrived day after being sent out with DPD. Can’t recommend them enough the process and device was all flawless.

I opted for the best battery performance which was mentioned in the description for the phone classed as Excellent. Very easy purchase through Back Market. Phone arrived quickly and perfect quality. Only issue was the included transfer cable which was broken. However this wasn't an issue as I used cable free transfer of my data, and so wasn't needed. Otherwise, excellent product and service and would definitely recommend.

I bought the premium grade phone and would be hard pressed to notice any difference between premium and brand new. I'll also add the battery life is superb, a massive improvement on my S20+ bought here a couple of years ago. Overall, it's a fantastic phone.
