The condition is way beyond my expectations. The phone itself is amazing and incredibly fast, and the delivery was surprisingly quick.     Totally satisfied with my purchase. It is a top rated Which? reviewed phone, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Promptly delivered and in perfect condition and working well. Many new features that my old phone did not have, so I feel it is a really good upgrade - I got it from Back Market for a brilliant value for money purchase price. Love that it is refurbished too.     The Galaxy S23 Ultra is in excellent condition. No marks or scratches whatsoever. Setting up was easy. All of the apps, photo's and What's App history were easily transfered from my old phone. Its bigger than my old A32 and it will take some time to get used to it. However having taken a few pictures, the quality is amazing and the zoom facility is outstanding. So far, very happy.
