To be honest it's probably the best refurbished phone iv seen ever . Worth every penny and a decent trade in for older phone . Will definitely mention the company to my family and friends . Superb communication from company from start to delivery and also realy easy steps to send old phone back as well for traid in .

Paid for the premium condition and it looked brand new even still had the plastic protective strips on the side rails. Absolutely amazing condition and the screen and back looked flawless. Quick turn around phone arrived day after being sent out with DPD. Can’t recommend them enough the process and device was all flawless.

I opted for the best battery performance which was mentioned in the description for the phone classed as Excellent. I am happy to report that that phone arrived in perfect condition and the battery is holding up well. I never thought I'd buy a second hand phone but this experience has been eye opening! Thank you

I bought the premium grade phone and would be hard pressed to notice any difference between premium and brand new. I'll also add the battery life is superb, a massive improvement on my S20+ bought here a couple of years ago. Overall, it's a fantastic phone.

No problem other than getting fingerprint sensor working after fitting screen protector.. Still trying although not of great importance. All apps transferred from my Galaxy A55 using Samsung transfer app.

The website is great, however the phone I received wasn't the professionally refurbished phone I was told I would receive. It looked great, but after 10 minutes of use it kept turning itself on and off and touch response was very poor

Great phone works perfectly fair price for good quality refurbished phones will be buying again in future all though battery life is on 86% bit disappointing but cheap and easy to replace, keep up good work
