Good pair of headphones and work perfectly. Advertised as noise-cancelling on back market, however, they are neither active or passive noise cancellation which is a disappointing and misleading. Other than that, decent product in good condition from the seller which is a plus.

I appreciate the appearance and functionality of the mouse I ordered, but I feel that it should have come together with the computer as I ordered them together. If that was not possible, the seller should have communicated this in good time. Additionally, I received the mouse without the battery cell, which is disappointing. But other than that, I am generally a satisfied customer.

Quality fantastic and good price BUT i just received it and it’s not the correct generation. My iPad Pro 12.9 inch is 1st gen but only when i got it did it say 3rd gen on the box! No where on the site does it say what gen the item is, so i just assumed it would fit my ipad because it says 12.9 inch. Please specify what gen your ipad covers are because so many are out there now. Apart from this and now having to send it back, everything else was great.

Headphones arrived just as described and work perfectly. I was worried battery life might be an issue on a refurb/second hand pair of wireless headphones, but I shouldn't have been. Great performance, incredible sound quality, the ANC is top tier and the price was unreal. Super happy with them.

The first order of this product was faulty, so I sent them back. A refund was issued due to them unable to fix the fault which was speedy to be fair. The second product I bought thankfully is in good working order and the sound is great but the unit is in poor condition and both the headphones and the case stink of smoke and food. I understand they are refurbished, but I chose the 'good' condition option so would have expected them to at least give the product a proper clean. They do sit on your head after all.
