its fast easy to use & being a larger screen its easier to see detailed items on the screen. so far everything is good. would use back Market again for new tablet in the future & also for other devices.

Bought for my wife. The I phone 12 arrived on time and as described. It is in excellent condition and has a new battery fitted. When the time comes I will purchase from back market but at the moment the I phone 8 I purchased from them 3 years ago is still going strong!!

Initially when the phone arrived it had burn in on the outside screen. I returned the phone and received a repair and return very quickly without questions being asked (beyond normal troubleshooting). This is my second phone from backmarket and in both cases I ordered a "good" condition phone and have been blown away by how close to perfect they have been. Despite having a slight issue with the original item the speed of the repair/ replace was very positive.

Arrived in a phone case and with its box which was unexpected but a welcome surprise. So far no issues with the phone as far as I know and I’ve enjoyed the use of it I have done and will recommend back market every time someone I know is looking at a new phone

Really happy with the product just as it says in the description, arrived quickly. Only negative point is the cable that was supplied with the it does work, it feels cheap and does charge it. But I can use another charger and it works perfectly.

This phone is so good I got it in fair condition in white with 128gb I was super afraid of this phone being bad or a scam but it only has one scratch on the side covered by a case it also came with a case which is amazing quality btw and it has a battery health of 92% but I accidentally left it for to long and it charged to 98% so idk but anyways this phone is amazing 10/10 definitely recommend

Packaging could use improvement - the phone came in a box stuffed with bubble wrap but was not damaged at all so can't really complain. I picked "Good" quality, and the phone looks pretty much brand new with absolutely microscopic marks on the body. The battery health is at 91% which is very good. Picked express delivery and it arrived in two days, one day from dispatch, so very good overall!

So impressed with the quality of this phone. I purchased a 'fair' condition phone which was far better than I expected. Apart from some markings on the sides of the phone (which you don't see with a phone case on), everything else was in top form. The battery is at 95% which was the most surprising thing! Hopefully won't be back as this phone will last me awhile - but can highly recommend anyone looking to buy.

The build quality of this iPad is amazing, it looks brand new and my wife is happy with this purchase. Thank you BackMarket.
