Here’s a professional yet firm review for your experience: I recently purchased a MacBook from this website and, overall, I am very satisfied with its performance. The laptop functions smoothly, meets my expectations, and I truly appreciate the quality Apple provides. However, I specifically chose the “Fair” condition option, fully aware that it might come with some superficial damage. What disappointed me was the unethical practice of placing a “No Return if Removed” sticker over a hidden additional damage. This felt deceptive and unprofessional, as it prevented me from fully assessing the laptop’s condition before committing to keeping it. Transparency is crucial when selling refurbished or pre-owned devices. If the company had been upfront about the actual condition, I would have still considered the purchase but with the right expectations. Other than this issue, I’m happy with the laptop itself and hope it lasts me a long time. I just wish the customer experience had been more honest and professional.

I plumped for ‘fair’ but It’s impossible to notice a defect unless you stick your face millimetres away. I bought it for making art and writing and it works beautifully. Nice size too. Thanks to Back Market using my favoured Apple products is affordable. Kudos to the refurbisher too!

The MacBook arrived in fair condition as described, though I was initially disappointed to find several scratches on the back and corners. Well, yeah, I shouldn't have expected a miracle for a refurbished device. But the real surprise came when I powered it up - it actually has double the storage capacity I paid for! This unexpected bonus not only relieved my initial disappointment but completely made my day.

Having seen this website and my partner purchasing a reconditioned device from here, I decided to take the plunge and buy an iPad. From start to finish the whole process was seamless and the device was delivered as promised. The device works perfectly and I'm one happy customer. Very pleased with this refurbished Ipad. all working as per my previous model which i had had for 4 years, however there was a problem with the battery , hence the need for a "new" one. Good product, good price, excellent service. Will use you again for sure.

When I initially opened the box I was slightly disappointed at the condition (I ordered excellent) but quickly realised it is 4 years old & refurbished after all- brand new quality comes at brand new prices. There are some marks on the screen (maybe from where there’s been stickers) but everything works as it should, it’s rapid, & mainly has no problem keeping up with my work load - Recording bands etc Absolutely love this machine & would recommend Backmarket to anyone!

My brother suggested I buy a refurbished Mac Book. I was nervous of spending so much money on a second hand item but having read some reviews I felt confident enough to proceed. I was not disappointed!!! I highly recommend using Back Market. My laptop arrived in time and was in perfect condition. It really looked brand new, no marks on it at all. I'm thoroughly delighted with the Laptop and service.

The iMac is excellent, but it was not supplied with an Apple mouse and keyboard - the one it came with only has a key for $ none for £ or Euro. Pretty useless for one dealing in Europe! Other than this i would be delighted.

Received my MacBook Air in 3 days. First time purchasing a refurbished item so I was a bit nervous. The item came in excellent condition (I payed for excellent as they had a good deal), no scratches or imperfections at all! Works fast and the battery has been lasting me for days. Very happy with my purchase so far. Will definitely come back to back market.
