I plumped for ‘fair’ but It’s impossible to notice a defect unless you stick your face millimetres away. I bought it for making art and writing and it works beautifully. Nice size too. Thanks to Back Market using my favoured Apple products is affordable. Kudos to the refurbisher too!

Having seen this website and my partner purchasing a reconditioned device from here, I decided to take the plunge and buy an iPad. From start to finish the whole process was seamless and the device was delivered as promised. The device works perfectly and I'm one happy customer. Will definitely look at Backmarket going forward instead of buying new.

Very pleased with this refurbished Ipad. all working as per my previous model which i had had for 4 years, however there was a problem with the battery , hence the need for a "new" one. Good product, good price, excellent service. Will use you again for sure.

When I initially opened the box I was slightly disappointed at the condition (I ordered excellent) but quickly realised it is 4 years old & refurbished after all- brand new quality comes at brand new prices. There are some marks on the screen (maybe from where there’s been stickers) but everything works as it should, it’s rapid, & mainly has no problem keeping up with my work load - Recording bands etc Absolutely love this machine & would recommend Backmarket to anyone!

My brother suggested I buy a refurbished Mac Book. I was nervous of spending so much money on a second hand item but having read some reviews I felt confident enough to proceed. I was not disappointed!!! I highly recommend using Back Market. My laptop arrived in time and was in perfect condition. It really looked brand new, no marks on it at all. I'm thoroughly delighted with the Laptop and service.

I purchased the M1 Pro MacBook Pro 16 inch, Space Grey, 500GB in excellent condition. I received the laptop in like new condition no scratches or dents to the body, the screen has no visible signs of scratches. The overall performance of this machine is amazing the battery can last 2 days without charge with simple use. This laptop can outperform most windows 10-11 systems, pretty much almost on par with the AMD Ryzen ThreadRipper (Cinebench Test) I highly recommend this product for its price, and the seller. It was really easy to do a search on the website, locate what I wanted and purchase it. I did have issues seeing my 'shopping cart' but a quick response from the Team helped me solve that issue. The delivery was very quick, the laptop was incredibly well packaged, and I am loving the fact I now have my very first MacBook Air! The quality of the laptop is what I expected - it looks brand new and so far I have had no issues with it whatsoever. Highly recommend BackMarket and glad it was recommended to my (by my daughter).

Haven't booted it up yet, but I have total confidence it'll be fine, it's my third from Back market. This M1 Mac Mini is to to replace a 2012 Mini, many a PC would be a longtime in the skip in the sky!

Purchased the MacBook to replace an identical one I had that the mother board had gone, so cheaper to buy than repair. Purchased the 'Excellent' level model, so would expect good quality case and battery life. First impression was not great as case has little chipped out/dented metal parts all around its circumference, especially the back edge. When received and switched on the battery was at 30%, already a little concerned as that made me think that the battery was not holding its charge. Also the battery drains very quickly compared to what I was use to with my identical (now broken) MacBook. I would not have cared so much about the above, but I did pay the extra for the version that was classed as excellent and at best I would rate it as good. Wish I paid less for that option now, a risk that did not pay off. Will live with it, but a little disappointed tbh.
