Absolutely fantastic! I was so sceptical ordering as I have only ever brought new apple products! However after my son broke his 8 month old iPad, a refurbished one seemed like a good option. The iPad arrived 2 days after purchasing. In a box with a charger. The charger works great. The iPad has a few marks. But it’s what you expect from a used product. Nothing major. Little dents and scratches. However the iPad lives in a case. So these aren’t noticeable. I picked the “fair” used option and I’m over joyed with the product I received. The battery life is also great and the iPad works perfectly for my son’s needs! I would order from here again and recommend to everyone!

I got my Macbook and Ipad in Backmarket as well and I recently purchased an extra phone for business. It is just immaculate! Ipad air looks so beautiful in rose gold and no issues with it so far. Outstanding service! Well recommended!

I bought 2 devices back to back because the macbook air I initially purchased is honesty operating seamlessly. I cannot fault the Macbook Air device I received. It was clean and in fantastic condition for a refurb and operates seamlessly. If you want peace of mind for your money, it's well spent with BackMarket. I am currently looking for another device for my girlfriend. Due to this, I ran back straight to them for the 2nd device (this Macbook Pro) and made a mistake ordering the wrong one! Their support is also fantastic, prompt and rapid. I had responses within the hour and was refunded for both the device and warranty returned without fuss. Phenomenal service. 5 stars!
