I did not know what to expect tbh. I did not need the M3 chip on the new Macs to run logic so opted for a reconditioned M1 saving myself 2k. When it arrived I was over the moon as it seemed almost brand new with only 32 battery cycles to its name. Very Happy.

I was very skeptical about purchasing a second hand laptop, as it was my first time and I don't really purchase electronics online as I am worried for the condition it'd arrive in. I'm happy to say I am very pleased with my purchase. So far the laptop has been functioning very well, I think it will last a very long time. I purchased excellent condition, and there are some minor signs of wear and tear, which is to be expected but you don't notice anything unless you look real close. Screen had some marks on it which very easily came off after using an appropriate screen wipe. Very happy to have saved so much money rather than buying a brand new one for x3 the price. I would highly recommend. Will use backmarket again for refurbished electronics. Also arrived a day earlier than expected

I ordered the excellent quality and it came with 90% of battery life which is great for me. Device just have some damages from the corners but it doesn't affect anything, all buttons and touch pad works great. Overall i'm very happy with it because i was using the same laptop almost for a year but i got robbed and i needed to buy it again. So when i compare with my old one -and i'm super tidy with my devices, i didn't have even a micro scratch :(- this macbook's condition is still very satisfying! and it's my first refurbished buying experience and i sure will buy again! thank you :)

I received my MacBook Pro earlier than expected. I purchased the 'good' condition, it came with only a few scratches and bumps. But the battery condition and the overall functioning it's perfect. The only problem I found was that the screen came a little dirty and was difficult to clean.

the iMac 27-inch is made for graphics, artwork, animation, photo retouching etc. big enough to really see what you're doing. It's expensive kit for a beginner or a retired animator such as myself, but there's always Back Market for those who have to buy their own stuff. GIMP is a good substitute for overpriced Photoshop aand its free. Go for it!

I got the MacBook Air in excellent condition and I am so happy with my purchase! it came well packaged and honestly felt like it was brand new. The battery came at 100% and not a single scratch like I said I felt like I was unboxing a new MacBook. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend back market, my experience was a 10/10. Order received on the 16th of September 2024 as stated in delivery date. I ordered a M1 MacBook pro 16 inch with 16GB of RAM, 1TB of storage in Excellent condition from Seller Express Gadgets Limited. I was expecting the worse due to all the bad ratings the Express Gadgets Limited has but the laptop came with no scratches or body damage, basically in Excellent condition with a 303-charge cycle count (for a used laptop made in 2021 that's not bad), a battery life of 86% and everything else was as expected. The laptop packaging came with a carboard box with "Fragile" tape wrapped around it, with the laptop properly padded with thick polyethylene-like foam, it came with a 140W USB-C power adapter (not the original charger) and a 2m Mag-safe cable and most importantly a laptop in excellent condition. I took the risk with Express Gadgets, though by mistake...It paid off. I'm satisfied with my order, at least for now :)

The MacBook was in great condition when I received it and feels like a new computer when running programs. The price was extremely reasonable and I’m very happy with the overall quality. Excellent deal for an excellent product.
