Bought it for my girlfriend because she wanted to play the sims 4 lol. i knew she’d get bored of the sims eventually so i looked for a laptop that would be able to run a few other games and this one was pretty perfect for her budget 👍👍

This is my second Back Market purchase following an iPhone 13. The Asus Chromebook I bought was a really good price, it arrived well packaged and within a few days. The laptop feels like new and powers up no problem and no lag in using it. Will be interested to see how it good it is in a couple of years with frequent use.

It's a great piece of kit although it does keep losing connection which is a pain but backmarket came through with a boxed pristine device which I'm really happy with!

TV arrived quickly. Was bought for my son’s bedroom. He was all excited and set the TV up, only to find it wouldn’t pair with the remote. 3 changes of batteries later in case they were duff, still wouldn’t pair. Got a replacement remote sent out, that wouldn’t pair either. Could therefore connect to our WiFi either. Asked for a refund, TV was collected the next day. Just waiting for the refund to come through

I’m really pleased with the picture and features of this Fire TV—it’s a solid performer overall. However, I did encounter a frustrating issue: the built-in Wi-Fi was inconsistent, which is a significant drawback for a streaming-focused device like this. Initially, I considered returning it. But then I tried connecting an old Fire Stick I had lying around, and surprisingly, it improved the streaming experience. It seems that using the Fire Stick helped bypass the TV’s internal Wi-Fi limitations, providing a more stable connection. So, while the built-in Wi-Fi was a letdown, this workaround made the TV usable for me. If you’re facing similar issues, consider using an external streaming device or exploring other solutions to enhance your Wi-Fi connectivity.
