Great product, amazing quality

headphones were advertised as excellent condition. Came with hair strands wrapped around the case and headphones. The headphones were dusty and simply unsettling to use straight out of unboxing. They also came dead with the cables mindless thrown into the case. Extremely disappointed with the service as I feel as though even if buying from a seller from Ebay they’d have taken much more care. The headphones themselves are great quality.

Overall I'm happy with the headphones, the quality is top notch and the product is REALLY new. The only minor complaint is the noise reduction, which I find weak, but you get used to it.

All good, although I haven't used them much yet they work very well and when I received them they looked brand new. Good experience overall
