my new phone is amazing I only picked fair this time normally pick good or better condition but the fair came not a scratch in perfect condition arrive fast and like the times before I've used back market not a complaint totally satisfied keep up the great work be recommending you to family and friends and will use you again soon as my daughter needs a new iPhone thank you back market

I got a samsung a23 brand new from o2 which i loved, I then needed an upgrade so i bought the samsung a52s from back market and i must admit that it's a fantastic phone and it came through in excellent condition. I am extremely pleased with my purchase from here.

It's amazing! I got excellent and it came literally brand new with the box, and charge is 100% with cycle count of 0. Even says I have the 1 year warrranty with Apple. Would definitely recommend don't be skeptical. 5 stars

just received my Samsung 23+ am very happy with the phone was bit scared to order thinking might be poor quality but I was so wrong mine came like it was just new out the box I will definitely recommend this company and will order again in the future and also very fast delivery thank you 😊

I bought this phone for my husband to upgrade him from a Samsung A03 to an Excellent grade Samsung A54 after doing a bit of research. He is blown away by the smooth and fast scrolling, clear images, bright colours, incredible screen and better camera and now has room for more apps which are easier to use on this phone. He used to get frustrated when filling in forms on his old phone but that’s much easier now. I have an iPhone 11 but I’m even impressed how smooth it is to use. He didn’t want a top of the range phone but it feels so much better than his old phone. It was easy to transfer from the old phone with the Samsung Smart Switch app, but we had to transfer WhatsApp separately as it didn’t transfer over. It is indeed in excellent condition and we are very happy with this purchase. I wanted to buy a used phone but it feels like new and I won’t ever buy new again. It was delivered the next day even though I didn’t request next day delivery. Very good service.

Item was a great price and hardly a mark on it. Really clean apart from when I ejected the stylus and it was dirty and gritty, but soon wiped it off. Its like a new phone, well packaged for delivery so no issues there and it works perfectly - Im super happy and would use Back Market again.

My husband's ear bugs are washed in the washing machine accidently and the original is ceased to produce, but this one sounds like the original, also he doesn't have problems with the sizes that was commented on by others. He is happy with the purchase, he has tried to replace it with Chinese products before which looked the same, but sound quality is bad.
