I read reviews which helped me to take the leap and buy my iPad and was not disappointed. It arrived in the condition described and is perfect for what I need! I really can’t fault it, or the service - ordered on Christmas Day, arrived 28th! I’m really pleased.

I was switching from windows to Mac so decided to buy refurbished since the Apple prices are extortionate. I am not worried about the look so went for the fair condition. It's been a few weeks, so far the MacBook pro is performing really well. there are obvious signs of use on it but nothing major. The specs I went for had 256GB hard drive but the MacBook actually has double the storage. Overall a good experience.

Condition much better than I expected (I can't see any bumps or scratches) and it was plug and play. I am impressed and very happy!

My refurbished laptop has been great! It arrived in under 3 dasy with express post, in very good contiion with one barely visible scratch mark on the side of the exterior. The laptop is in perfect working condition, great value for money. I would happily purchase from Back Market again and reccomend their products to future buyers.

I have placed 2 orders for this brand, one for me and the other my friend. Except for the battery which can give you about 2 hours while streaming, the laptop is very good value for money at a time I was asked to replace some parts in my old laptop for £75. It looked really new and no one will know until I said it's refurbished. My friend saw and asked that I order for her too.

ordered ‘good’ and came practically brand new, no issues with the body whatsoever. Also came very early than the expected delivery date✊✊. The iPad itself is brilliant for refurbished, was a bit worried at first as i’ve never ordered refurbished tech before but defo exceeded expectations! All for good money too :)

I’ve always been sceptical about refurbished products, but hopefully I’ve done my research correctly about the company and the products i’m interested in. So on this occasion, I seem to be very happy with the item that I have purchased from the Back market. Delivery service was reasonable. The packaging was exceptional and the protection in the packaging was on another excellent level. I’m quite fussy about warranties and guarantees, so hopefully I won’t need that Service I was so happy with the deal I got, I went ahead and purchased extra warranty. and hopefully I won’t need use the warranty service. Only time will tell. so far an excellent Service all round.
