tried to upgrade the memory and found the 2nd simm slot did not work. fortunately my daughter found a tiny bit of plastic in the sim slot. after this was removed worked perfectly.

The ordering and delivery of the laptop were great. My main issue lies with the battery life of the laptop. No sooner have I disconnected it from the mains, I am receiving a message telling me that the battery is low. My other issues relates to how much I paid. I used BackMarket as I assumed that I would be paying less than elsewhere however I found this laptop 'new' on Amazon for the same price. Now with the battery issue, I wish that I had purchased the item new.

Complete different item sent as the seller stated they had sold out yet the very next day the samenitem was available but at a higher price. Feel ripped
