Woooo - I LOVE Backmarket! New Dell Inspiron worked out of the box - loaded with Windows 11 - seamless - the order arrived almost immediately - and for £250 it’s a great laptop for personal use - emails, net surfing and streaming videos😹😹👍🎉🎉 And for a device in fair condition it looks great / screen and keyboard are mint - one tiny flaw on outer case but for the price it’s what’s inside that counts and that’s guaranteed refurbished and that’s working just fine😹

Everything about this purchase was great, from the price to the packaging to the delivery, and the kit has been refurbished to such a high standard that it looks and feels new. Great company who obviously prioritise quality. I've used you before and I'll use you again.

I needed a Microsoft laptop to do all my outside and travel writing and this fits the bill exactly. It has enough memory if I need it but it more than meets the needs that I purchased it for. I have been using my new laptop for the past 20 days, and so far I've had a great experience with it. The laptop came in perfect condition and all parts work as expected. Additionally I was very surprised by the battery life, which lasts for hours even when I'm programming.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Absolutely in love! I read online that most people were complaining about the service or saying their laptops were bad, but mine arrived exactly as the seller promised. Honestly, I’m genuinely in love with this Dell Latitude 5400, it’s fast, smooth, and handles games like Roblox effortlessly. The speakers are fantastic, the UI is slick, and tasks run quicker than I expected. I’m a producer and gamer, and for its price, this laptop is actually solid. My PS5 might just gather some dust now 😂😂. Fast delivery, perfect condition, and everything works flawlessly. I’d definitely buy from BackMarket again.

The refurbishing by repainting was too obvious. A more decent job can be attained. There is a bug with the audio driver that causes the laptop's volume to remain muted. It can only be fixed by deleting the driver and then restarting the laptop.

Very Happy with my computer, good condition, very quick, nice keypad, but battery runs down a bit quick from 49% to 6% in about 15 mins. ( So I feel that should have been checked out) But Back Market would have taken my computer back, to sort the problem out, but I would have to reset and remove data before sending it back to them. Which was a bit of a hassle for me, so I decided to just buy and fit a new battery myself as they are not that expensive.
