    Despite the fact that at first I received a device with battery charging issues (which I was generally prepared for when ordering the tablet in fair condition), within just a week the situation got worse and my iPad became almost unusable. I decided to contact customer support for possible solutions and was amazed at how easy and high‑quality the service turned out to be — all solution options were offered automatically, and I didn’t even have to describe my problem in detail to get the option of a device replacement. Everything was built into the website so seamlessly that in just a few clicks my replacement was arranged without unnecessary questions. The second device arrived quickly, the return instructions for the first one were simple and clear, and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. The replacement went through effortlessly without any extra payment on my part, and the second device works perfectly and looks much better than fair condition. I was absolutely delighted with the service and quality, and I’m very grateful for the chance to get such a good iPad at such a modest price ❤️

    This is my first refurbished purchase and I can happily say I have 0 regrets. What is considered “fair” condition is leaps and bounds beyond what I expected. I did read reviews by condition ahead of purchase which gave me the confidence- the laptop is almost mint condition. No significant signs of wear; the shell has 1 tiny little dent which is not noticeable even with regular use. Screen is immaculate. Keyboard and pad too. Laptop is running super smooth, big upgrade for me with a not so huge price tag. Cannot fault it. The amount of bang for buck is insane. Highly recommend BackMarket. Will be using to get a new phone next month!!

    Another great purchase from Back Market! The iPad looks and works as good as a brand new model. Why pay £000's extra for the newest model when you can buy a perfectly functioning reconditioned model. The Customer Service by the after sales team is second to none, which always influences my decision as to whether I will be a repeat customer.
