The Laptop arrived very quick earlier than the date given, it looks brand new like it’s hasn’t been used, battery health, the works. The charger base was the only thing that looked use but works, I will definitely be buying again from Back Market

Excellent laptop in great condition. I was dissapointed the the refurbishment had not extended to turning on the TPM chip,. So not only was it not upgraded to windows11 but I had to work out what was needed, delve into the BIOS and start changing settings, before the upgrade was possible. Feels like that should be a standard part of preparing a laptop for sale in 2025. All good now though, and working well.

Second time I've bought off back market and a great experience again. Easy to order , very quick delivery. Very well packed. And a fantastic product!!! I bought a reconditioned laptop and you would never of known it wasn't brand new! Very happy indeed.

I ordered the laptop in excellent condition and so far have no complaints! The laptop arrived as new and everything is perfectly functional. The battery life is alright and everything runs smoothly. It has only been a couple of weeks but so far no issues.

My new laptop is brilliant, it works perfectly and is a great replacement for my old broken one. The trade-in was easy and fair, and I am happy to think my old tech is being recycled and not going to waste.

The device was in cosmetic and performance condition. However, the charger was getting too hot, l am looking forward to getting another charger to protect the device. I must commend Backmarket for the quality service.

Bought laptop for my daughter, who works as a mobile Dj, she's more than happy with it, the touch screen was a pleasant surprise for her, if she's happy, I'm happy.. Service and delivery was top notch, I'd definitely recommend

Works almost like new. Trackpad is a little off but that might be a result of installing a different OS. One mark on the lid but otherwise undamaged. Can't expect much more from a refurbished piece of kit so I'm very happy with the purchase.
