Another great purchase from Back Market! The iPad looks and works as good as a brand new model. Why pay £000's extra for the newest model when you can buy a perfectly functioning reconditioned model. The Customer Service by the after sales team is second to none, which always influences my decision as to whether I will be a repeat customer. I would recommend that we all look towards buying reconditioned items to help save the planet, and our wallets!

The Laptop arrived very quick earlier than the date given, it looks brand new like it’s hasn’t been used, battery health, the works. The charger base was the only thing that looked use but works, I will definitely be buying again from Back Market

All three iPads we ordered were delivered quickly all in great working order barely any signs of use - we did find it a little odd that they were sent in two shipments as we ordered them together but received the day after the first delivery.

I just received it about 7 hrs ago. As I am used to use MacBook for couple of years and that was intel processor of course, I can understand that how smooth this new M1 Mac is. Device cames with a 140w adapter and megsafe cable. I really can’t believe its a refurbished mac or a pre owned mac! There is not a single scratch on it. Running very smooth like as a brand new mac. Thanks back market for offering us great products with a reasonable price and I thank you seller for sending me a great machine.

Device works great, only downside is the battery capacity is down nearly 30% from a new battery so the batteries don’t get refurbished. That’s fine though, as I planned on upgrading the capacity anyway so it would last the full day at uni. It’s a great little laptop for what I need it for (using CAD software Creo 9.0 and CFD simulations). All the ports seem to work correctly and the keyboard feels good.

I'm very pleased with my Dell PC. It is in excellent condition and with 16Gb RAM it is very fast. What I also like about it and was keen to find in my next computer is it isn't touchscreen, so when I use numbers or F-keys I don't accidently touch the screen and have to find my page again because it scrolled off somewhere. Touchscreen is fine for some but it's not for me. All in all I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Love this little laptop. Using it every day, and it works perfectly. Looks very good too. The battery lasts. Charger new. Windows 11 Pro installed. Doesn't feel like having a second-hand item. Don't see how it could make me happier.
