I ordered an "excellent" condition and whilst is was in very good condition I was disappointed to note a couple of minor defects of the outer casing. Also my biggest disappoint was the packaging it was delivered in - inside a card box the iPad had just been placed in a thin bubble sleeve with a piece of thin cardboard sellotaped around it and a sheet of newspaper stuffed inside. My previous purchase came in a more satisfying purpose made box so this was a huge disappointment. The iPad I purchased was a gift and therefore was rather I inappropriate to be wrapped up the box it arrived in.

Love, love, love my oppo phone. Easy to set up and transfer of information from Huawei to oppo very quick and efficient. The only issue I have is when I send a message or delete the information that I've done it is displayed on the bottom of the screen for a while. Ordered Saturday, delivery stated Monday but was delivered Tuesday. Service and information from Back Market very good. I would definitely recommend them!

Xbox came working brand new with the Xbox controller. The Xbox controller started off with very little drift on the right stick but after a couple weeks the drift has become constant and becomes difficult to play with.

First time buyer on Backmarket. Placed the order around 3pm Monday, expected delivery date came back as Tuesday or Wednesday. I expected Wednesday as it was Monday afternoon already. 9am Tuesday morning, the postman hands me my phone! How did that happen?! I'd ordered a "good" condition phone. This phone is immaculate, I scrutinised closely and could not fine any issue. As you'd expect, everything works perfectly. My girlfriend was unhappy that I now had a phone better than hers, so I think we'll be using Backmarket again, real soon! Excellent

Really pleased about my purchase of the ps4 works and functioning well. The only thing that was disappointing was the controller it was absolutely filthy and so much gunk in the buttons and all over. However everything else was 10/10 Another satisfied purchase thank you backmarket!🙏

Not gonna lie, not what I was expecting. Clean phone, quick next day delivery even though I was told 4 days, and the best of all, really really affordable! Can't wait for my next purchase!

I paid for black than I did receive phone call from supplier that they don’t have black colour. I had to accept cream colour as it was present and I did not time to wait for it.

very good phone although I was a bit sceptical being a second hand.No visible marks or scratches. The only down is that the battery doesn't last as long as it should .Overall I'm pleased with it😊

Great service from Back Market again. Very easy and quick service and phone arrived in 'as new' condition but approx half the price.
