I ordered an S23 ultra in good condition, had a tiny scuff mark on the top of the case, not realy noticeable at all. The battery life is excellent and so far seems as good as new. The screen has no marks or scratches,the cameras all excellent and pristine. Highly recommend buying a refurbished phone and would probably use back market again in the future.

The phone is as described. Happy with the purchase and the price paid. The only issue is my work phone now looks dated. I'm not one for 'this and that the latest' in the slightest but tech does move on.

First time buyer on Backmarket. Placed the order around 3pm Monday, expected delivery date came back as Tuesday or Wednesday. I expected Wednesday as it was Monday afternoon already. 9am Tuesday morning, the postman hands me my phone! How did that happen?! I'd ordered a "good" condition phone. This phone is immaculate, I scrutinised closely and could not fine any issue. As you'd expect, everything works perfectly. My girlfriend was unhappy that I now had a phone better than hers, so I think we'll be using Backmarket again, real soon! Excellent

The Like New phone may as well have been called new because everything is so perfect. Only minor scruffs at the back of the phone which I put a case on it regardless so I didn't notice. Delivery was extremely quick too - thanks Back market for my second purchase from you guys!

Love, love, love my oppo phone. Easy to set up and transfer of information from Huawei to oppo very quick and efficient. The only issue I have is when I send a message or delete the information that I've done it is displayed on the bottom of the screen for a while. Ordered Saturday, delivery stated Monday but was delivered Tuesday. Service and information from Back Market very good. I would definitely recommend them!

I ordered an "excellent" condition and whilst is was in very good condition I was disappointed to note a couple of minor defects of the outer casing. Also my biggest disappoint was the packaging it was delivered in - inside a card box the iPad had just been placed in a thin bubble sleeve with a piece of thin cardboard sellotaped around it and a sheet of newspaper stuffed inside. My previous purchase came in a more satisfying purpose made box so this was a huge disappointment. The iPad I purchased was a gift and therefore was rather I inappropriate to be wrapped up the box it arrived in.

The physical xbox console is the limited edition version and it feels so good to upgrade from the original xbox one. However, I didn't get the limited edition controller or the box that goes with it which was part of the same deal and makes the whole set lose a lot of value if I only have the console...

Condition was second to none. Can't say anything else as it was bought as a christmas present. So haven't used it yet.

Xbox came working brand new with the Xbox controller. The Xbox controller started off with very little drift on the right stick but after a couple weeks the drift has become constant and becomes difficult to play with.
