Thank goodness I didn't buy brand new as planned. This device is flawless and was a fraction of the price of a new Macbook Air. The only way I knew it was a refurb was the charging cable looks visibly different to the apple ones, but works perfectly still. Really pleased, and would highly recommend BackMarket to anyone.

It's my 2nd purchase with Back Market and I couldn't be more happy (again): the phone looks as a brand new phone, works perfectly and was delivered before the estimated time. Both my phones were purchased here and If you want a refurbished phone I strongly advise you to purchase from them.

The iPhone 15oro is in the condition advertised and requested and operationally very good. While I know that both the screen and battery were replaced with genuine apple parts I keep getting a message that the battery is not recognised. Stopping and starting again resolves the issue momentarily but it keeps popping back up again!

Absolutely made up with my purchase fantastic condition and battery life 100%. Shame about the delivery courier though told I had to be there to sign for after changing delivery by 5 days after I waited in for 3days only for them to push it through letter box absolutely wasted 4days not happy

Awesome - thank you. Customer service is brilliant and when the phone I ordered failed its final quality tests before dispatch, I was contacted and offered a replacement in much better condition (albeit in a different colour) for the same price.

received my I phone 12 no issues I could not use the phone as I thought my sim from previous I phone would fit but it didn't do earliest I could get to ee shop was thursday 15 may had new sim fitted only to find the ear piece is faulty can only use phone with speaker on ,the phone is in good condition andall set upper me to use so am really pissed about having to go through all the shit about sending it back for repair or replacement witch means I will have to go through the whole process again and could be without a phone for over a week ??!! the phone was obviously not checked properly before it as sent out and the guy in the EE shop said as I asked for a new battery it likely to have been damaged then, back market obviously do not realise how unbelievably inconvenient this is .I am tempted to get the phone mended at a local shop to save the inconvenience of having no phone for such a long period of time at the cost of at least £45 to myself ,the guy at customer service said if I do this the warranty will be void ! doesn't seem to be a good solution whatever way I look at this ,very unhappy customer!!

iPhone 13 Pro. Phone visual condition excellent as ordered. Looks like brand new. Slightly disappointed that battery capacity only 85%. I was expecting something >90% for excellent selling conditions. Quick next day delivery.

Amazing, arrived early too. No scratch or defect I can see.
