I'm very happy with my Samsung Z Fold 7. I purchased an "Excellent" condition phone. I've been using the phone for a week without any issues. The screen seems brand new. The battery holds charge and there are no signs this is a refurbished phone. Overall I'm very pleased and saved a huge amount of money. If you are worried about buying a refurbished phone, I'd say try it. I saved over £500.

Thank goodness I didn't buy brand new as planned. This device is flawless and was a fraction of the price of a new Macbook Air. The only way I knew it was a refurb was the charging cable looks visibly different to the apple ones, but works perfectly still. Really pleased, and would highly recommend BackMarket to anyone.

The iPhone 15oro is in the condition advertised and requested and operationally very good. While I know that both the screen and battery were replaced with genuine apple parts I keep getting a message that the battery is not recognised. Stopping and starting again resolves the issue momentarily but it keeps popping back up again!
