Thank goodness I didn't buy brand new as planned. This device is flawless and was a fraction of the price of a new Macbook Air. The only way I knew it was a refurb was the charging cable looks visibly different to the apple ones, but works perfectly still. Really pleased, and would highly recommend BackMarket to anyone.

It's my 2nd purchase with Back Market and I couldn't be more happy (again): the phone looks as a brand new phone, works perfectly and was delivered before the estimated time. Both my phones were purchased here and If you want a refurbished phone I strongly advise you to purchase from them.

The iPhone 15oro is in the condition advertised and requested and operationally very good. While I know that both the screen and battery were replaced with genuine apple parts I keep getting a message that the battery is not recognised. Stopping and starting again resolves the issue momentarily but it keeps popping back up again!

I have ordered a MacBook from BackMarket before, so I thought I could trust them, as there were no issues there. iPhone 14: My order arrived promptly, packaging was OK, came with an after market lightning cable which was slightly disappointing but no big deal. Phone wasn't charged, so I left it to charge. The phone had a text or two and some pictures from the refurbishment process, which was unprofessional, but again no big deal. However, the condition of the phone was far worse than expected. I bought a 'good' condition phone, so wasn't expecting it to be perfect, but the back camera was scratched very badly, and there were many small dents all over the sides of the phone, and the speaker holes on the bottom were kind of clogged up. Still, not much of a big deal, battery was 88%/100 health which isn't bad. But... After a closer look, the screen had a spot on the top left of dead pixels. This just isn't acceptable, so I returned the phone. The pictures I took of the phone I received were worse than the example 'fair' pictures shown on the website!! So, it has been maybe 5/6 days. I have returned the phone and I still keep getting emails asking about how the phone is.. including this one. No email to ask me about the many problems I had with the phone, although I have had confirmation they received it, so here I am waiting for something?? I am very disappointed, it seems BackMarket don't put much effort into customer service and transparency, as I have received no explanation of how a phone in this condition made it to me, and I am still out of pocket for it. Overall, very disappointing.

Absolutely made up with my purchase fantastic condition and battery life 100%. Shame about the delivery courier though told I had to be there to sign for after changing delivery by 5 days after I waited in for 3days only for them to push it through letter box absolutely wasted 4days not happy

The device is great. Just what I ordered, and it came a day ahead of schedule. Holding up well, with great battery life and only minor scratches on the edging. Would recommend for ease of use.

No scratches and amazing quality with 100% battery life however there was a sticker in the camera that was not coming off, and pictures came out slightly green tinted. Parts are not genuine from Apple but overall, not a horrible purchase was just not fully satisfied.

Awesome - thank you. Customer service is brilliant and when the phone I ordered failed its final quality tests before dispatch, I was contacted and offered a replacement in much better condition (albeit in a different colour) for the same price.

Phone arrived and looks great. However when trying to set up it constantly reboots. Also did not come with an original Apple charger and after market that was stopping charge each time. I used my own Apple charger and it worked fine. However I was unable to get any further with the set up as the phone kept rebooting and the error message the part used is not original appears. I have sent it back and was told refund to be done in 2 working days now it has been 7 and I have been chasing backmarket as this seller has not responded or refunded.
