This is amazing, can't quiet believe this is 2nd hand/ refurbished. It was a bit slow at first but I suspect that was because it had to get the new updates and Windows 11. After a few days it's good as new. No scratches or damage, speed is great and overall just wow. Very happy. Also, delivery was much quicker than expected considering it came from another company! Packaged very safely

Very pleased with this order ! First time getting refurbished equipment and honestly I will order again ! The description matches the product which was one scary point at first (RAM, size, GB, MHz, etc). Packed very safely and rolled in plastic to spot any issues at first sight.

I ordered the ‘good’ spec out of fair, good and excellent. There are two minor scratches on the body of the laptop (they’re tiny and if I didn’t look around I wouldn’t have found them) but other than that it’s basically brand new! Quick to set up. Graphics are good and the speed is really good. Absolutely brilliant! Would recommend to anyone!

It arrived on time, was in great condition and did everything my daughter needed it to! Couldn't have been happier. Where you have let me down is that, on having an accident which required a screen replacement which I was happy to pay for, the recommended company that you partner with does not provide that service and the warranty is invalidated if I go anywhere else!

I wasn't expecting it to be in mint condition. I have never purchased anything refurbished before but with a warranty and 50% off I don't think I will be purchasing anything new again. Not a mark or anything that would indicate that it was not brand new. I won't deny I was skeptical when purchasing, but as soon as I opened the box and turned the laptop on any doubt fizzled away. I will be purchasing a phone from Back market soon and will continue to purchase from this site until a solar flare from the sun causes every electronic item on the planet to become obsolete. I would recommend anyone to at least make a purchase once but ensure you select excellent condition if you are going to want an item in perfect condition but if you don't mind a less mint condition item then you will still have a working item for a reduced price. I have never wrote a review either so I'm rambling... but I wanted this review to not be generic because this site and the work everyone at Back Market does needs to be recognised. Better for your wallet and better for the planet... period. Thank you Back Market... I will be "back" soon... excuse the pun!

I'm very happy with my re-conditioned phone

So the phone finally arrived today after a very long wait. This is the first time that we have ever experienced such issues with back market and it was so very disappointing. The customer service team were good in fairness and dealt with the issues as best they could. UPS was used as the delivery system this time around and they were awful. We have always used back market for most electronic goods but this experience has made us think twice about using back market in the future.
