I bought this iPhone 13 for my daughter and I’m genuinely impressed. It arrived very quickly and in excellent condition — far better than I expected. This was my first time purchasing a second-hand phone, so I was a bit sceptical, but it truly exceeded my expectations. My daughter absolutely loves it; she says it’s a huge upgrade from her old iPhone XR with a cracked screen and a battery that barely lasted. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

iPhone XR Red 256Gb all that I needed was provided however battery is aftermarket and displays that it is not a genuine Apple battery plus the fact it doesn’t show accurate battery info other than that phone runs good and fast no lags no glitches Happy with my item apart from a £30-60 fix for new battery seems fair enough for the phone being sold to me for £158.00

brilliant, ordered one day, came the next. only probably with iPhone X is that audible don't support phones under iOS 17. moving from android I had forgotten how annoying apple and app makers can be. also to anyone doing the same thing. plan your WhatsApp migration properly, I managed to lose all my messages. phone good, service from back market absolutely brilliant.

Really good condition- arrived charged and with a brilliant battery. Had it now for three weeks and all working well. Will definitely use Back Market again when I next upgrade - although hopefully not for a few years. recycled packaging a welcome touch

I am not an enthusiastic smartphone user and have survived thus far on relatives cast offs. But the shut down of 3G has meant I needed to upgrade and the SE (2020) I bought for a very good price is in "as new" condition and has more bells and whistles than I'll ever use, so I'm a happy customer.

Just perfect. I needed a new phone for my teenage son after he broke his last one. Can’t really afford a new IPhone and also happen to believe that children don’t really need the latest model ( they either get mugged or brake them ). He’s over the moon with his IPhone and I saved some serious money on a refurbished model. Win win.
