    Following 3 day of light use it shut down with 97% battery power, and midway through my task, on restarting it would not recognise my password and shutdown again no phone number for customer advice just linked questions to get a refund, very frustrating and disappointing.

    Sent me wrong device I got the smaller MacBook Air 13inch instead of the 15inch and the specs where wrong I got 8 core instead of 8-10 core. This was a Christmas present so didn’t have time to send back and they offered me £80 as a good will gesture.
