The Dell laptop is as stated on your website. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished item but have been pleasantly surprised. As an older person I just have to learn how to use it properly.

I came across this site by accident and I'm glad I did. I had ordered a reconditioned laptop from another source and was let down 3 times on the delivery. so I decided to cancel and get one from this site. not only was it a more superior laptop but it also arrived the next day. customer is more than happy with his upgrade to what he was getting but thanked me for the prompt service. 5 star service and will definitely be ordering again.

Laptop is in great condition, I got the fair version. There is a few scratches and marks but nothing that is noticeable, the laptop works excellently. I am very happy with my purchase, I have invested in a brand new hp before and it shut down half way through writing an assignment! I have had no issues with this yet :)

Certainly a Dell and not a “dell-boy”! Beautifully presented and I immediately upgraded it to Windows 11 - hopefully done the right thing. Very fast and responsive, but many drivers were out of date, so spent a day faffing about updating them - CCleaner Professional helped. All in all, however, very happy.

I bought a Dell laptop from back market it working perfect the only small problem is that the battery is not lasting for long but anything else is good. I will recommend back market products they don’t disappoint at all ,this is my second time to buy products from them first was iPhone 11 and still working great till now. Back market products are cheap and working well and looks new too.

After my first order, I decided to try Back Market again, this time around getting a laptop. I am so excited 😆, apart from how fast the battery reduces, this laptop is more than beautiful, I ordered "Good" and it looks excellent. The software is currently updated. Thank you.

Was a bit sceptical about buying a second hand laptop and what others ideal of excellent condition might be but it is immaculate and functions as you’d expect from new. A new version would have been more than double I just couldn’t afford it. Glad I took the chance !

Never had a Laptop before, but decided to get one. Back Market came as a recommendation, had a look, found one to suit my needs. Excellent price and excellent condition and plenty of storage.
