    Saw adverts on TV and needed to get small laptop for work (taking on site - working on CCTV systems, as well as completing testing certificates etc.). I did initially look elsewhere but then using their APP found a device that I was happy with and at a very good price. Super impressed with the quality of the delivered device, it looked and felt like it was brand new, so exactly as described, (I chose excellent condition). It is perfect for what I need and so glad I got it from Back Market. Would absolutely buy from them again no question.

    The Dell arrived quickly and in pristine condition. I was able to get up and going very quickly. I sent my old Mac Air back for reconditioning and got £48 off of the already good price.     Let me start by saying that you shouldn't pester for reviews when the item has only just been received! The item needs to have been used and tested by the consumer in order to give an honest review. You might want to bear that in mind. Up to now, this laptop is living up to expectations, almost. The battery could be better. A compatible/third party battery would have cost you approx £35. Having said that, the battery is acceptable but not great. As for everything else, It's running nice and smooth. This is a first time experience for me purchasing from Back Market, and purchase/postage was quick and efficient, so thanks. Up to now I'm very happy and feel safe because of the one year guarantee. I'm a tech, and if it wasn't for the guarantee, I would never have bought this item. Thanks
