    The Dell arrived quickly and in pristine condition. I was able to get up and going very quickly. I sent my old Mac Air back for reconditioning and got £48 off of the already good price. It came with Windows 10 installed and though I mostly use Macs, it wasn’t long before I was able to get things set up. This is my fifth item purchased from Back Market and have been happy each time.

    In most excellent condition with fair battery life. There was a warning at boot up of a "fan not started error" and, having just returned one from another supplier for the same reason, this time I took precautions and gingerly removed the back cover to reveal the fan connector not connected so shoved it on and now we're OK. Somebody wasn't concentrating! -I am well satisfied.

    Amazing PC for a great price. Only issue is that the spec says it has wifi, but the PC itself doesn't have wifi, thay just sent a very cheap wifi dongle with PC that stopped working after a few days so I had to purchase my own dongle for about £30. Other than that no problems at all!

    It looks and feels brand new. Runs smoothly, no weird glitches or scratches, and it’s been perfect for everything I need. For the price, it’s a good value laptop.     I came across this site by accident and I'm glad I did. I had ordered a reconditioned laptop from another source and was let down 3 times on the delivery. so I decided to cancel and get one from this site. not only was it a more superior laptop but it also arrived the next day. customer is more than happy with his upgrade to what he was getting but thanked me for the prompt service. 5 star service and will definitely be ordering again.
