The Dell arrived quickly and in pristine condition. I was able to get up and going very quickly. I sent my old Mac Air back for reconditioning and got £48 off of the already good price. It came with Windows 10 installed and though I mostly use Macs, it wasn’t long before I was able to get things set up. This is my fifth item purchased from Back Market and have been happy each time.

It looks and feels brand new. Runs smoothly, no weird glitches or scratches, and it’s been perfect for everything I need. For the price, it’s a good value laptop. Honestly, I was not expecting that. I’ll be buying from Back Market again when I need something else. Recommend them if you’re after quality without spending a fortune.

Amazing PC for a great price. Only issue is that the spec says it has wifi, but the PC itself doesn't have wifi, thay just sent a very cheap wifi dongle with PC that stopped working after a few days so I had to purchase my own dongle for about £30. Other than that no problems at all!

The laptop arrived promptly and appears to be in excellent condition. I am satisfied with the purchase and would feel confident ordering additional items from Back Market. The only concern I has is the frequent follow-up emails, which were somewhat intrusive.

the laptop is really good works really well and fast. the battery dies a bit fast and the colour peals of but otherwise works nicely. I use it for school work and other programs but can't run high quality games without being plugged in.
