    I ordered this laptop with Klarna on the 24th of Nov on a Sunday, and it came early on the 29th of Nov when it was predicted to get here on the 4th of Dec which is great! I seriously needed a laptop and I planned to game (mainly the sims) and edit on it, I thought that this laptop was a good deal for my specs and the budget I had. I've already spent two weeks with this laptop and I seriously love it. It's responsive, I thought it didn't have a backlit keyboard and IT DOES! It surprised me, and it's like a pastel purple colour which I love. It's so lovely to type on it and I also game on this laptop, so far, It's not gotten too hot and I think it has pretty good heat management. I got fair quality and honestly you cannot tell it's fair, it only has a few scratches you literally don't notice unless you look hard enough in the light. Battery life is pretty good too, but I was suggest bringing a charger with you, and I like that you can tailor the battery for either performance or longer battery life, it's pretty useful and I like choosing depending on what I'm doing. I use this laptop with a wireless mouse and both the trackpad and the mouse on occasion and both are very fluid! good variety on brightness, pretty good mic, but I'd suggest getting an external webcam, but I'm not so bothered by that because I prefer external webcams anyway. I've also had no issues using bluetooth or wifi, and the charger is long enough and efficient. It's a great screen size, it looks very clean and I've had no issues using it so far :) I'm very happy with my purchase and it suits my needs. The fact that you're able to get a laptop with these specs for £350 is a bargain in itself, especially from 2021. Definitely recommend the laptop and the seller!

    Extremely disappointing. I paid extra for a laptop in excellent condition. The laptop appeared excellent but had a completely faulty battery, which drained to 0% with less than an hour's use. I can only assume the laptops are not tested at all before being sent to customers. Very disappointing as I bought the laptop to start a new job, and sending it for a refund will disrupt my start to the job. I would warn anyone against considering buying a refurbished laptop - this was my first experience and not a good one. Note - the communication from backmarket support has been very good and prompt. However, the product itself was terrible.

    Item as delivered on time and in good order. it's only been a couple of weeks, but laptop appears to be working well. The battery life could be better, 2-3 hours max with the screen brightness turned down isn't as advertised by Dell. The only real downside was that the laptop took a long time to set up due to all system prompts, software etc. all being in Spanish. Something the seller may want to address when selling a product in the UK in future. On the whole a positive experience.

    Device seems fine, but the order was fulfilled several days late, which was inconvenient as I had intended it to be an emergency replacement so was relying on the fast delivery. And I was disappointed with UPS who took two days of reporting "its on its way" before delivering it (not requested by me) to an unfamiliar drop off point rather than to my home address. Which was poor service on two counts (delay and inconvenience). I recommend people on the basis of your offering which is good but I caveat it now with this bad experience with the delay and the poor UPS service.
