This's my first Tech product to purchase at back market and I am happy with my laptop, its in a very good condition, works very well and I am really grateful to have made a decision for this purchase. I also had a very good experience and support from the customer care personnel whom I dealt with when I needed clarification. I have recommended back market to my friends and family and I looking forward to more purchases in the future.

I was glad to have the opportunity to buy a refurbished unit, and after 2 weeks, everything is going very well. I can’t tell the diffeeence between opening up and using this laptop, to taking on the many brand new units I’ve owned over the years.

Dell Latitude 5400 14-inch (2019) - Core i5-8265U - 16GB - SSD 256 GB. This arrived in good time and in perfect condition, I honestly can't find a mark on it. There was only about £40 difference between 'fair' and 'excellent' condition, which now seems well worth the extra. Quick to set up and lightning-fast in operation, this laptop has a great 'feel' to it - satisfying keys and functions with just the right amount of 'click' and resistance. I'm well pleased with this, my second purchase from Back Market , and would recommend them and the product to anyone. Only one small point, the laptop was packaged in a plain brown box, which is ideal, but it didn't have a 'fragile' label on it. As I said it was in perfect condition, but a label might encourage a more gentle approach from a courier, avoiding potential rough treatment of the package.

Condition was in quite good condition better than expected,it was packed well and it works quite well so happy with the laptop.It took an hour or two to get all the updates sorted but it wasn’t an issue at all.So overall I’m quite happy with the laptop

It's clear that the screen hinge has been misused and probably slightly hurriedly repaired. The hinge casing is flexible on one side and the screen has quite a bit of play in it. I wouldn't describe the condition as excellent at all. The machine was also really oddly reset, the previous owner had just removed the users and set up a new user. I ran a complete reinstall of windows but a non technical person wouldn't have known to do this and may have ended up with some pre-existing software installed. I thought that was pretty bad.

Overall after using it for a couple of weeks - it’s what you’d expect from a second hand laptop. Battery life isn’t great (takes a while to charge - but loses power pretty quick) and the touchpad is iffy (I invested in a wireless mouse so I don’t mind) - but overall it is a good solid laptop. Not perfect but does what it needs to.

Quick delivery, they even updated the storage free of charge! Laptop arrived as described, totally worth a refurb laptop, thank you!

I ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad T490 with seller Alplex Limited. The item arrived to me with covered in small hairs and even had bits of fingernails between the keys(!). So obviously hadn't been "refurbished" at all, despite the claims of vetted sellers and hygiene standards. The customer service was a good if lengthy process and I did get a full refund. Initially a 5% discount code was offered to me for the inconvenience, which I did ask for once the refund had gone through, but it wasn't sent. Ultimately I went to eBay refurbished and was very happy with my product. Of course those are just two single experiences. Avoid Alplex Limited, basically.

it is very good and efficient quite fast and helps me to get the job done, especially with files. everything works well it a 10/10 for me
